Mini Cow Cottage! Peaceful Farm Getaway

Come enjoy this peaceful private getaway in a beautiful country setting that is still close to town and the bourbon trail. The cottage offers two bedrooms (one king, one queen) and one bath with an open floor plan, fully stocked kitchen, W/D, front and back covered porches, and don't forget the animals! We have mini Highland and High Park cattle, a horse, friendly barn cats, and spacious natural surroundings. There is also a walking trail along the woods, and a beautiful pond. Dogs welcome too!

Neighborhood is partially wooded, you may see wild turkeys, fox, and owls! 2 min from 700acre Iroquois Park, 10min from Churchill Downs, 17 minutes from downtown, and 7 minutes from the Louisville International airport.

House is located in a gated, private community with a 320 acre lake up to 70 ft deep. Only pontoon boats and fishing boats permitted, ensuring a quiet lake experience and wake-free dock sitting. Has a Couch and Futon in the Den. Nice Large Bathroom with Shower and Tub. Full Nice Kitchen. Nice Deck with Beautiful Downtown View. Someone could sleep on the couch, but this is more definitely more suitable for 2 people. A honey hole (or honeyhole) is slang for a location that yields a valued commodity.
