Located in a quiet residential area 20 mins from Dublin Airport & 8 mins walk to the DART for city center access in 30 mins. The coast is also only a short distance away!

Only 15 min bus journey or 5 min train (DART) journey to the city centre. A 5 minute walk from St Anne’s Park & close to Howth & Malahide. Parking available.

We are 5km from city centre and buses to the City Centre bus passes every 20 minutes . Walking distance to a sandy beach and St Annes Park. Seafront promenade across the road. We are walking distance to local shops, supermarkets, chemists & restaurants. We have private driveway with parking for 1 or 2 cars. We have long back garden with large deck area. We have deck tables, chairs with seat covers. Adrian and I are a mature couple who are renting out our home while we travel.
