This comfortable one bedroom apartment with kitchenette is only 2 miles from the wonderful Lake of the Woods. A private parking area is large enough to accommodate at least two truck/boat rigs. It has a private entry and a separate living area. We are just west of the city of Warroad and walking distance to a bar and grill. You will love the privacy and location! We do live in the home, so please respect the quiet time from 10 PM to 8 AM, or you may be asked to leave.

Enjoy the water with kayak/canoe rental minutes away, launch off the rocks in the front yard or go across the street and put in at the public water access just below the falls.
