This is at good location and good sea views from balconies. The building is old and maintenance is as per the conditions. Doors, windows, bath rooms, appliances, cots, mattresses etc. all lack luster but serve the purpose. Adi got some repaired quickly at our request. Adi was quick in attending to any of our requests and overall, our 10 day stay was pleasant.

The place is amazing and we had good time staying there. Specially our pet dog had the best of his time running wild in the garden, chasing roosters, cats and what not. It’s in a walkable distance from the beach. The watchman Yerrayya was always available for anything and everything. Mr. Murthy is very much approachable for any guidance around Vizag. Overall this place is worth giving a try and we will surely visit again.

I had a really good time with Sankar and Nahid, they showed me the Beach and some nice places. The Apartment was clean and cozy, I felt like Home. I would definitely come again when I do vacation in Visakhapatnam! 10/10!

Place is very calm and peaceful. Host is very responsive and accomodating. Overall, a good getaway place for families.

Great Host. Quick Response. Accessable area from Airport as well as Railway Station. Feeling like it was my own residence. If I am coming to Vizag again, then this will be my first and foremost choice.

The host was really helpful. He let us check-in early as we were travelling. And the staff at the property were helpful too.
