This place is thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail, offering everything you might need—from home slippers to dishware. What truly stood out was the availability of chargers, a thoughtful touch for anyone who might forget theirs. Ravi's consideration for guests is evident in every aspect of the stay. The space beautifully blends culture and modern amenities, and the room filled with books was my absolute favorite.

An amazing place to stay near RK Beach. Located at Nowroji road,RK beach is at a walkable distance(less than half kilometres ). Jagadamba junction is also at a walkable distance (approx 1.5 km). Public transport was easily accessible because of the location. The apartment is located at a peaceful residential area. The apartment was very clean, has air conditioning in all rooms and the living room. Kitchen had all the utensils and accessories to cook. Although the apartment is on 1st floor, lift access was there. Check-in and check-out was smooth. Srinivas ji was always approachable and responsive. Local eateries are at a far location and I had to use Zomato. Except this everything was excellent

I had a fantastic time staying at ocean park from start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations!! The communication with host was smooth making the booking process hassle free. The amenities provided was top notch & the location was perfect. Overall i had an amazing experience. 👍👍

Our family vacation in Vizag and Araku was made even more special by our stay at Ashish’s place, which added great value and made our time there memorable and relaxing. It truly felt like a home away from home. The space is tastefully designed with excellent decor, and what made the experience even better was Ashish’s warm, helpful, and responsive hospitality. Apologies I am a bit late but I always intended to give 5 start to this property because Naheed is a dream come true host for people who believe in Airbnb. The property felt so safe for a woman who stayed all by herself. I never left the property as i needed rest. The house was great all the information shared was right about the property. It is a newly acquired property so a little bit of work is required but I have no doubts on the host's capability of turning into a paradise. Everything was taken care of like a family member. Infact one of the evenings I was stranded in a place of Vizag without any transportation and Naheed came all the way with her husband as well as family to rescue me. SO girls if you are reading this, this property is a gem for single women. Do not think twice just book away, for anything and everything contact Naheed. She will help you.
