The unit is spacious with 1,100 square feet and a vaulted knotty pine ceiling. The space is a couple blocks away from the mansions of Summit Avenue, the shops of Grand Avenue, and within walking distance of Mitchell Hamline School of Law. The Green Line and I-94 are 1 mile away, MSP Airport is 6 miles away, and the Mall of America is 9 miles away.

Guests must walk up a flight of stairs located in the rear of the home to enter the house. If stairs are not your friend you will want to pass on this listing . Home has smart TV with Netflix and local channels. Pet welcome for $100 a trip or $25 a night (whichever is less). There is also a charge for more then 5 guests of $25 a night.
