Great house. Host was responsive and helpful. House is very close to the mountain. We had 10 people in the house and there was plenty of room. Overall great stay.

We enjoyed our stay. Great location. Very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. EV charging was available which was very convenient.

The house was perfect for our family ski weekend. The back yard was good for the dogs to run around and there is a nice quiet dirt road that we were able to take them for a walk. The entry was great for setting up boot dryers and hanging coats. The layout is good. We would stay at Kedi’s again.

The location was perfect. The size of the place was great. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. We had an amazing spring skiing family trip.

This is such a lovely place! Close to lots of ski areas, just down the road from a great hiking trail, filled with nice amenities (hot tub, table tennis, well-equipped kitchen, comfy furniture), and lots of room to spread out. Only downside I can think of is the road noise from the nearby highway, but the white-noise machines do a good job of removing any bother from that. If you need a convenient and comfy home base for an active getaway, this place is hard to beat!

Our stay was great. Just as pictured. The staff on the property were super friendly and kind. Very close to Sunday River for a ski weekend. The fire pits were a plus. We would stay again. 10/10

The condo was very nice and comfortable. The host was responsive and provided good instructions ahead of time. The location is great, just a short slide to the condo lift. It is true ski in ski out, and provides a great Sugarloaf experience!

Had a lovely stay! You have a beautiful home and so close to the slopes! We will definitely be back.

Great spot. Perfect proximity to Sunday River and all the restaurants downtown. Very spacious, super clean and overall great.

A very comfortable space in a great location to access the White Mountains. We (and our dogs) had a fantastic time. Kevin made the whole process easy. We'd be happy to stay again any time.

Had our annual family vacation and ski trip at Sunday River and this house was perfect for us. Had 9 bedrooms and the downstairs is amazing. Huge kitchen, big areas on either side of the house for everyone to hang out and play games. The house is less than a mile from the ski dropoff which made it great for us. Colin was very responsive and helpful. Great host and amazing space for a big group.

The AirBnB was very clean and had everything we needed! We really enjoyed the hot tub and the speaker system. MJ was very responsive during our entire stay to answer any questions. A few of us found ticks on ourselves, so be careful of that! Other than that 10/10 stay.

Host was flexible & very responsive. We had a great stay & the location can’t be beat! Would definitely stay again for a weekend in the mountains.

Matt went above and beyond with his communication and helpfulness during booking, during our stay, and even after when I’m looking to rebook again. He was flexible hands-on right there when you needed them. If you want a place to stay right on the snowmobile trails the spot is fabulous.

Awesome stay. Owner was very friendly. House was set up great and was very clean, organized and stocked well with essentials. She even left us some fresh goodies from a local bakery. We will be back for another stay in the future.

We had a great, low key girls weekend at Alanna’s place. The hot tub was great for soaking in, and right off the deck. We brought our snowshoes and enjoyed snowshoeing down to the lake and around the property. The tvs in the living room felt a bit over powering, but we figured out how to put two to sleep so we could just listen to music on the third.

My stay was in between two large snow storms, and Arthur had the driveway plowed for us, and checked in on us during the stay.

as always Denise's place was great! we have stayed there multiple times and it never disappoints us . thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

We stayed at Amber's for the night before and after the eclipse, and it was perfect for our needs. The kitchen was a great atmosphere to hang out with the two other couples who came with us. We ate at Patrick's pub the first night and folks told us where some good viewing spots for the eclipse would be. We ate in the second night and spent lots of time around the kitchen table. As someone else mentioned, the slatted louvered doors on the bathrooms are a bit different, but it worked out ok for us. Amber was great with communication.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were so pleased with the house and hope to rent again in the future. It was really cozy and right on the river. We had a great stay!

We had a great stay and the location was convenient to Sunday River. Ample space for our family and good cell phone reception, which meant not having WiFi wasn’t a big deal. Was very nice that the host warmed up the house before we arrived.
