Ferienunterkünfte am Wasser in Rawai

Great location we loved the food market close by and the apartment was modern felt right at home. Also loved the bath enjoyed a few of those during our stay.

Nous avons séjourné 15 jours dans cet appartement. Très fonctionnel, agréable et d’un calme absolue. Restaurants au sein de l’hôtel et restaurants en extérieur à proximité. L’appartement et l’établissement (piscine, sanitaire, salle de sport…) sont d’une propreté irréprochable. Le personnel est serviable et aimable. Nous recommandons cet endroit.

The first thing I would say is about the host, she will reply anytime of the day or even late night, and will be very helpful!!! The apartment is large and comfortable, The building garden and pull are well kept and look great! All people living in the block are so friendly, it’s so peaceful and quite. Kalim beach is just a cross the street less than a minute walk and always has people in there so you can just relax In there from morning till late night, if you want to walk to the main Patong beach it’s about 7 minute walk, Shops like 7 -11, a pharmacy, restaurants etc are just a minute walk from the apartment, If you stay in this apartment you are in Patong but you feel as if you are far from Patong and have a private beach, Security guard at the entrance is so friendly. Etc etc etc….. I can continue to write more and more…. We were so sad to leave, we felt at home and we loved the area. We hope to be back. Thanks to our great host again.

Lovely sea view apartment, host was responsive and friendly. Definitely would recommend to anyone can’t wait to come back soon.

Bardzo jesteśmy zadowoleni z pobytu w tym miejscu: mieszkanie jest wystarczające duże dla dwóch osób, czyste, podczas naszego pobytu (16 dni) raz było sprzątane całkowicie z wymianą pościeli i ręczników, dobry internet, było cicho , okolica nasza ulubiona: blisko 7/11 , Lotus, dobre restauracje, salon masażu, przystanek autobusowy, a najważniejsze- plaża Nai Harn 15 min spacerem. Gospodarz Max i jego zespół wspaniali, uprzejmie, mili, zawsze szybko odpowiadali. Bardzo dobry stosunek cena-jakość. Polecamy i chętnie wrócimy:)

We had a lovely stay in Rawai! Jet was a thoughtful and responsive host, always quick to reply and very helpful throughout our stay. He also kindly let us check in two hours early, which we really appreciated! The apartment was clean, nicely decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. The complex itself was quiet, secure, and had a nice pool to relax by. Rawai Beach is just a short walk away - while it’s not meant for swimming, it’s a great spot to catch a longtail boat to nearby islands, and there are plenty of cafes and bars along the seafront to enjoy. There are also some great restaurants and supermarkets close by, and Nai Harn Beach, which is stunning, is just a quick 10-minute taxi ride away. A very comfortable and convenient place to stay in Phuket to explore the southern coast! Thanks for everything Jet :)

My friend and I stayed for a week. What a great deal! We had originally budgeted for a 1 bdrm and were thrilled to find an affordable 2 bdrm with 2 baths! The apartment is close to so many delicious restaurants and cute shops. There’s construction across the street, but it did not bother us. Highly recommend.

Die Wohnung von Nym hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Habe mich gleich wohlgefühlt. Es war sehr schön und ruhig dort umgeben von mehreren privaten Unterkünften. Ich fühlte mich dort sicher. Man kam nur mit einem Code an dem Anfang in das Gelände der Ferienwohnungen. Die Lage war super. Wirklich nur 50 Meter vom Strand entfernt. In zwei Minuten war man auf der Hauptstraße, wo es ein Lebensmittelläden, viele Restaurants, Cafés und Massagesalons gab. Ein perfekter Ort ohne viel Trubel um zu genießen und sich ausruhen zu können. Eine kleine Anregung: für die Terrasse wäre ein bequemer Sessel oder auch eine Liege sehr schön. Ich danke dir Nym. Ich kann die Unterkunft weiter unbedingt empfehlen

It was a great experience from the check in date all the way tell we checked out. The place was clean and reflected what was described in the App. Alexandre was super helpful even he extended his support and help to retrieve my handbag which I left it in the Taxi. It’s always great to have a good home and a great host.

La maison est très bien équipée et est très bien située au milieu de l’île, surtout si vous cherchez la proximité des écoles internationales. La maison est globalement très propre même si quelques rénovations sont encore nécessaires. La cuisine est correcte mais mériterait également quelques petits travaux pour être parfaite. L’hôte est tres réactif en cas de problème. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cette maison.

It was truly amazing. We watched it with admiration from the moment we entered the house. It is a completely private property location, completely suitable for privacy, all bathrooms have a full glass view of the ocean, but don't worry, it has film glass from the outside. The living room area is surrounded by wooden doors on both sides and the holes provided complete air flow. Since we stayed with 4 people, 2 of us slept in the living room and it felt like sleeping in the open air. If you prefer, 4 people can stay in the same room. Mrs. Surasa was always attentive from the moment we stayed, she allowed the balcony to be decorated for our friend's marriage proposal and arranged an organizer for us in this regard. We thank her very much for offering us this incredible experience. In addition, the location of the house was within walking distance to the restaurants on the beach, we left very pleased with everything. In fact, we did not want to leave.

Amazing place to stay with kids! The villa was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a family-friendly stay. The host was very responsive and made sure we had a great experience. Highly recommend!

Waren sehr zufrieden. Biw und ihr Mann sind tolle Gastgeber und haben uns bei allem unterstützt, was wir brauchten. Die Unterkunft ist recht abgelegen, in 10 min Gehweite ist ein Strand mit Café und Restaurant. Ein kleiner Laden ist auch in 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Abgesehen davon braucht man Motorräder oder Fahrräder, um die Insel zu erkunden. Man kann bei Biw zwei Fahrräder und 3 Mottoräder mieten. Mit unseren 2 Kindern reichten uns die Fahrräder nicht, daher haben wir 2 Motorräder geliehen. Da sehr wenig Verkehr auf der Insel ist, kann man selbst als Motorrad Anfänger wie wir problemlos rumfahren. Als besonderes Highlight haben wir einmal morgens hinter dem Haus ein paar Affen gesehen. Es hat uns sehr gefallen und wir können einen Aufenthalt bei Biw nur empfehlen.

This was a great accommodation. Very good location Close to resturants, beach, nightlife, markets, shops and lots of other amenities. The room is located on one of the top floors of a hotel, so are able to use hotel facilities such as lovely pool and games room. View was beautiful. The room was very well equipped, everything you could possibly need was provided. All instructions for check in and out was very clear an easy. We were a family of 3 adults and 2 teenagers and the sleeping arrangements suited us well. Very good value Alexia, the host, is very responsive and helpful giving lots of information and replying quickly to queries and very helpful, amenable and friendly Thank you for a, wonderful 4 night stay

Elle’s place was stunning and in such a great area of town. There were shops and restaurants within a minute of walking and the beach was very close. It was a very nice space to come back to at the end of the day.

Great apartment, it’s overlooking quiet side of the street, we had a peaceful stay. There are a few really nice restaurants just outside of the building. It takes around 7-10 minutes to reach Rawai high street and Rawai beach. Super convenient location. The Host Olga is prompt to respond to any requests. The apartment was spotless clean when we arrived, and it looks exactly like on the pictures. The apartment has everything one may need. We spent a month staying there and didn’t have any problems. We are happy with our stay, highly recommend this place!

Great apartment in nice condominium, very clean, easy access to 7 Eleven, restaurants, small clean beach, pharmacy and so on .... great for 2 couples or a family ..... highly recommend .

This apartment is huge, with incredible views and great privacy including a pool. Highly recommend for groups or even a solo couple’s trip. Favorite thing is to watch the sunset from the pool every day. Great location and the service provided makes for an easy trip. Coffee, wine, and plenty of water make for an easy trip to a beautiful area. Thank you again for hosting me.

Beautiful home. Gorgeous view. Private, relaxing atmosphere. The only downside is that you’ve gotta take a taxi or something into town (5 min)—or it’s like a 20min walk. Not difficult at all, really. Grab and Bolt run 24/7 anyway. You won’t get anything close to this level of luxury and beauty anywhere closer. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND 10000000%. Don’t sleep on this beautiful home!

We had an amazing stay at Yana’s beautiful apartment. Around a 15-20 mins walk to Nai Harn beach with so many different eateries, cafes and massages nearby. We will definitely come back to stay if we are in the Rawai area. Thank you so much to Yana and the team at Relife for being so welcoming, helpful and friendly!

Our first trip to Thailand and we definitely made the right choice on somewhere to stay in Phuket. Fantastic apartment with excellent facilities, very secure and only a few minutes walk to the lovely beach and all the facilities of Kata Beach. Chris was very helpful from initial enquiry through to booking, would not hesitate returning and staying here again. As others have mentioned it is quite a steep hill up from the main road to the apartment so worth considering if anyone has walking difficulties.
