The 1780 Cabin on Main

A charming cabin built circa 1780 situated right on Main Street, just steps from Pubs and Restaurants and easy walking distance to historic Mercersburg Academy. There is a separate sleeping area upstairs with a queen-size memory foam bed. The lower level features a foldout couch and air mattress for additional guests, as well as a 55" TV and a wet bar and bathroom. Visitors have universally enjoyed the cabin's cozy feel. While there is no yard available, the town is great for walking dogs.

If you love seeing wildlife, deer and turkeys are a regular sight as well as the occasional fox and black bear. If you have pets, there is plenty of space for them to run around! Well-stocked kitchen! Pets and larger groups are welcome! There is a $10/guest/day charge after the first 2 guests and the pet fee is $25 (flat rate).

A 2-acre, spring-fed lake on the property is perfect for swimming and catch-and-release fishing. The property also features three outdoor fire pits, a tennis court, two indoor fires, a horse shoe pit, and a large downstairs hall with a pool table. Blue Knob Ski Resort is a 20-minute drive.
