Perched on the edge of the Sunshine Coast h overlooking the ocean from Mt Coolum to north Caloundra, you are surrounded by rolling hills and 166 acres of lush green pastures where fullblood wagyu cattle are farmed. Architecturally designed to capture sea breezes all year round, enjoy a spacious Retreat with 360 degree views, where nights are always cool at this altitude. Nightly rate includes 2 Adults (sleeps 4) and firewood each night. Pet fee is separate for extra hygienic clean.

Situated in Conondale, around 13 kilometres North-West of the Maleny Township, Down at The Dale is a private, luxury-farm escape for couples. The cabins look out over the Conondale ranges towards Kenilworth. Serene sunsets, starlit skies, and a warm outdoor fire for toasting marshmallows and cosy nights, make this scenic romantic getaway the perfect country escape. The Retreat Cabin is the perfect place to sit back, sip some wine and admire the beauty of the Hinterland landscape.

Birdsong Villa - Figtrees on Watson

Birdsong Villa (at Figtrees on Watson) is a purpose architect designed fully self contained cottage for use by our short stay guests. It is on the same property as our very popular Betharam Villa (see Figtrees on Watson listing for photos and information about this beautiful property). The villa has been designed to be wheelchair friendly with wide door opening and minimal door sills. The villa was completed in early 2021 and had been finished and furnished to a high standard.

Belltree Ridge - Private Rural Escape

Belltree Ridge is an absolute treasure in a stunning location. It is an extremely unique hand crafted homestead built from reclaimed and local timber. It offers complete privacy and is just 11 kms from the township of Maleny. For winter comfort, a wood burning fireplace and for summer an outside fire-pit . We also have ducted air-conditioning and heating. We now have Starlink Wi-fi but will happily turn it off so guests can really disconnect from their busy lives.

The Cattleman's Cottage - Luxury Farm Stay

Wake up in a tranquil country stay at The Cattleman's Cottage. A lovingly restored old milking shed that sits on the harmonious Changing Habits Regenerative Farm. Our property locates on the beautiful hinterland of the Sunshine Coast. It is in a quiet position with spectacular Mary Valley views and beautiful sunset. Birdlife & wildlife surround with the house and cottage. Rainforest bush walks on our private property. It is just 8 minutes to Maleny and half-hour drive to beach at Caloundra,but far enough away to enjoy country living!
