caratteristico stazzo sardo rifinito con pregiati materiali, dotato di tutti i confort. gode di un bellissimo panorama sul lago del liscia, ampio spazio verde per trascorrere giornate all insegna del relax..ideale per chi pratica la pesca, sport come canoa serf.. a pochi km si trova l ulivo millenario S'OZASTRU DE SANTU BALTOLU. si possono fare escursioni sul massiccio del limbara a 1360 mt. a 10km troviamo Calangianus con il suo rinomato museo del sughero e le tombe dei giganti di Pascaredda.

Un vrai petit nid au milieu du maquis et au calme. Une villa privée élégante où l'on se sent de suite bien. De construction récente elle joue d'une atmosphère moderne et authentique à la fois. Parmi les rochers granitiques et les essences nobles du maquis vient se nicher une piscine privée (chauffée en avril/mai et septembre/octobre), L'intérieur très confortable offre tout le standing nécessaire pour passer des vacances réussies, à quelques kilomètre de la magnifique baie de santa Giulia.

A disposizione una doccia esterna e una lavatrice condivisa, vista sul tramonto unica. L’altra porzione di Stazzu è abitata da me, quindi alcuni spazi esterni possono essere condivisi. Spiaggia raggiungibile con una buona camminata (20 minuti) o in tre minuti in auto.
