The Bluff House faces the Missouri River on 7 acres of beauty, neighboring the Bougeois Winery! The Katy trail & Rocheport are 1 mile away. Our home is two stories. We are upstairs and the Air BNB is downstairs. The Airbnb has a spacious living room, fireplace and dining room. All with views of the river and an open concept kitchen. Your entrance is completely separate and locked for use only by you. You will have a private covered deck, Bench on the bluff, Bikes, Fire pit and a Hammock!

For a tiny house it has a spacious lower level with vaulted ceiling and upper bedroom loft. Wifi & smart TV. Nice warm heat and cool AC. Outdoor activity includes hammocks, swimming, boating (canoe, kayaks, john boat). For fishing we have boats, nets & fish-dressing station (bring poles & bait). About 13 miles from Palmyra and Monroe, nearest gas and groceries.

The location is out of the city, yet just a couple miles from all of the stores you need. The little cabin is nestled down our shared private and peaceful driveway, with views of cattle grazing in the pasture right off the front porch at the right time of year. You’ll have the entire lower-level to yourselves to enjoy the comforts of home. Sleep deep with comfy covers—oh, so clean—breakfast ingredients are supplied in fridge. To offset “no cleaning fee” $10 /guest per night--added for each guest after 3rd. (Closed for MARCH 2026 for my ankle surgery. Ouch!)

Relax and enjoy this hidden getaway surrounded by woods and alfalfa fields, and it’s conveniently located only 2 miles off of Hwy 63! The RV is back a long lane and out of sight of the road so the setting is very peaceful and secluded! Pour yourself a cup of coffee and relax in the hammock chair while watching the sunrise! The Pergola is equipped with a table and grill and the outdoor kitchen nearby makes it perfect for an evening barbecue!

The Shouse

The Shouse is a rustic living quarters built directly under the same roof as our horse stable. Bring your horses along and they can stay here too. The home has recently been fully renovated from an Amish tack shop. It is located in the heart of an Amish community. Spend your evenings relaxing on the front porch and watch the horse and buggies go by. Ask about booking your own buggy ride while you stay to get the most out of your visit!
