Upstairs queen bedroom, a pull out sofa bed downstairs, and pull out twin bed in the loft. Please note inquire if you’d like to bring a pet. Pets are limited to one dog 30lbs or less. Your home away from home! Very relaxing for a peaceful visit to Lake Tahoe! This is my home I share with travelers, it is NOT a party house! Ideal for 2 couples or 4 adults and kids. Cabin is not set up for 5 or 6 individual adult guests as there are only two beds.. Remodeled with new carpet in the living room and downstairs bedroom, new flooring in the kitchen/dining area, and new shower stalls in both bathrooms. Well behaved SA and ESA's accepted with restrictions. 1.5 miles to the Lake!

There is a bedroom downstairs with an accompanying bathroom, as well as a lofted bedroom upstairs with adjoining bathroom. 250mb mesh WIFI connection, Tesla EV charger (usage rates apply)

A-frame with A+ View

Our family's quaint A-frame cabin from the 1950s overlooks the lake with an unobstructed view from all living areas. There is a hot tub off the back deck overlooking the lake. The cabin is walking distance to both Kings Beach (0.9 miles) and Speedboat Beach (0.4 miles). The Crystal Bay stateline casinos and restaurants are also walking distance (0.5 miles). Stateline Lookout hiking trail is across the street. Northstar, Diamond Peak and Mount Rose resorts are 10-15 minutes away by car.

Lake Tahoe & Reno are only a 25 minute car ride away. Several of Tahoe's world class ski resorts are also close by. This home is a detached single story & over 900 sf.
