A-frame with A+ View

Our family's quaint A-frame cabin from the 1950s overlooks the lake with an unobstructed view from all living areas. There is a hot tub off the back deck overlooking the lake. The cabin is walking distance to both Kings Beach (0.9 miles) and Speedboat Beach (0.4 miles). The Crystal Bay stateline casinos and restaurants are also walking distance (0.5 miles). Stateline Lookout hiking trail is across the street. Northstar, Diamond Peak and Mount Rose resorts are 10-15 minutes away by car.

This lake home offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and space. Located just 5–15 minutes from downtown Reno, convention center, casinos, shopping, and the airport, it’s a fantastic hub for both leisure & business travelers. Within 45–60 mins to Tahoe ski resorts for year-round events. The home features five bedrooms plus an open bonus room off the master, offering the flexibility of a sixth bedroom. Guests love the layout for its perfect balance of togetherness & privacy.

The Foley Nest

Cozy up in this 2 room suite with attached bath, complete with private patio entrance, living area, large kitchenette, and dedicated parking spot. This suite is attached to our home but separated by a locked door. We are a short drive (5 min) from downtown, 8 min. to the airport, 35 - 40 min from several popular ski resorts. We are next to the Washoe Public Golf Course in one of the most beautiful, safe, and walkable neighborhoods in Reno. We offer EV charging upon request.

The Sparks Marina is a 10 minute drive from Downtown Reno and just a few minutes walk to many amazing Sparks attractions including Legends Mall, Wild Waters, IMAX and of course the Sparks Marina itself which offers paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing, biking, a dog park and Casino's right out your back door. Located in the Beautiful Sparks Marina this water front home is consisting of a large living room with vaulted ceilings and large picture windows with breathtaking views of the Marina from every angle. There are five bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The kitchen has full amenities. The exterior features unobstructed views of the Sparks Marina Lake from the stained concrete patio surrounded by glass fencing for those Beautiful Nevada Mornings and Evenings.
