I highly recommend this house. My daughter Got married and the accommodations were perfect for our large group. Mitch was amazing at his responses and extremely helpful.

We really enjoyed our family get together at this beautiful riverside home. There was enough room to spread out and it had spacious living room area to spend time together. Jeff was helpful with our questions and quick to respond.

The house is one level with easy access to dock and firepit on grounds. Relaxing deck in back with gorgeous water views, and a huge screened in porch in front. We loved fishing right from the shore! Excellent streaming from multiple TVs. Wifi never failed... We enjoyed the Spring City Park with a well maintained dog park and paved walking paths. And we hiked the Cumberland Trails, all close by. Kitchen was well appointed with a drip coffeemaker AND a Keurig coffeemaker. Bring your groceries and then relax! We can't wait to come back! 5 stars 🌟

My friends and I enjoyed staying at Adam’s place! There was plenty of room for all of us. Adam’s place had plenty of games, ping pong, fishing equipment, and even inflatable kayaks to take to the nearby lake. Our only complaint was a small ant/bug problem, but spray was provided and these are hard to avoid living so close to the lake. Thanks for the great stay Adam!

We all LOVED the house and location for privacy for our family reunion as well as all the amenities…We’d come again for sure.

This beautiful cabin was perfect for a large family! The view was incredible and the environment was welcoming and very clean! We especially loved the thoughtfulness of the s’mores kit for the kids! Russell was very prompt in responding and making sure we had all the details for our stay! The local grocery mart is about an hour away, so it was helpful he noted that in the description so we could stop and get all of our groceries before heading to the cabin. There were plenty of kitchen supplies, a clean hot tub, board games and a large dining table that the entire family could enjoy. The dock and kayaks were in great shape, great fun to fish! We look forward to visiting this home again. Highly recommend!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Karen’s place on the water. It’s my favorite Airbnb thus far! First, the lot is absolutely gorgeous, we brought our boat and could easily access the main channel for a few days of boating with our kids. Secondly, the house is lovely with comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, and a lovely porch to watch the wildlife and river flow. We would love to stay here again! We had an issue with our boat, and Karen was SOO accommodating and helpful. Thank you!

We were only staying for a weekend and we checked in on Friday evening. We were able to enjoy a firepit by the river and make S'mores. We were a large group of nine, and accommodations were great! Plenty of room!. The teenagers enjoyed the foosball table. Saturday it rained hard all day and evening so we explored Chattanooga . We didn't get to really use the river since it rained (and there were tornado watchs and warnings all evening) but we still had a great time!

when i booked penelopes cabin i was looking for one in the mountains with a view well when we arrived it was better then the pictures showed the view was outstanding with it setting on the edge of the mountain it was a place i could live in forever and for her to share it with people i cant thank them enough inside the cabin was 3 large bedrooms large living and setting rooms and everthing in the kitchen that you would need to cook or bake your own meals and the home made bread and jam she left us was very good. all the places we explored was within 45 min drive. cant wait to go back there which we will. thank you again penelope and mark for sharing your beautiful home.

The place was great! And the snack basket upon arrival was wonderful after a looong drive!! Everything was great! Really appreciated the clean hot shower after our day of driving! Tim responded very quickly with our questions and was very helpful!! Will be back!

This was a nice cabin with plenty of space! We enjoyed staying here while in the area for work and having a roomy kitchen to cook our meals in. We'd definitely stay here again—especially during sandhill crane season with the Hiwassee Refuge right at your backdoor. Don't miss walking down to the water right after the sun comes up—it's magical with the early-morning fog.

Our stay was exactly the getaway we needed. We had everything we needed to prepare good food, sleep comfortably, and take in all the beauty this property had to offer. The porch overlooking the river was one of our favorites. We joke that our pup had the best time of all of us with all the running on the property he did. It was so fun to watch our pups and daughter play. It was very clean and comfortably appointed. We loved the open living room and kitchen. Plenty of nice blankets to sit and enjoy the porch with lots of seating. Great place to reconnect as a family and also enjoy some quiet time. The only thing we wished for was a couple more days there. We hope to return in the warmer months to kayak and explore! Thank you!
