From the get-go, Stelios was easy to communicate with and responded immediately. He was also willing to make some adjustments to accommodate my furry friend. The house was perfect for me, with a large sized house, beautiful olive garden, and a full view of the sea and the island, Samothraki. It was just on the outskirts of town and up on the hill. The hostess, Daphnee, who I believe is Stelios' mum, was amazing. We didn't have a common language but she outdid herself with her amazing hospitality. An excellent example was, on Christmas Day, she shared their meal with me which touched my heart. There were other little extras like giving me a small bottle of Oregano, sharing information about local olive oil growers and giving me a sample to try. I highly recommend considering this as an Airbnb to stay in Alexandropolous in the future with its amazing hosts, spacious fully-equipped house, and beautiful panoramic views. Bakir bir alanda çok güzel bir deneyimdi. Bahçe içinde ki evde herşey eksiksiz düşünülmüştü. Ev şehir gürültüsünden uzak pırıl pırıl bir arazi içinde, denize ve güzel restoranlara 10 dakika mesafede harika bir yerdeydi.

The accommodation exceeded all of our expectations. Not too long after arriving, we would come to realise that the property was exactly just as described and the host just as friendly and welcoming. The stunning view, only a coupple meters away from the beach was enhanced by the privacy we were able to have.

Thanos & Nadia place was lovely we enjoyed staying in the beautiful villa the yard with the olive trees outside is magnificent. I highly recommend it. We will definitely visit again. Thank you to both of you !

Ev sahibi son derece dost canlısı ve misafirperverdi. Ev düzenli ve temizdi. Konumu iyiydi. Denize ve şehir merkezine yakın. Yeşilliklerin içinde huzurlu ve sakin bir mekan. Uzun süre konaklama için uygun. Tavsiye olunur.

Konum olarak popüler mekanlara 10 dk yürüme mesafede, nezih ve sakin bir mahallede, otopark sorunu olmayan bir ev. Ev sahibi tarafından güleryüzle karşılandık; bize vişne likörü ve bazı ikramlıklar bırakmıştı, şömineyi bizim için hazırlamıştı. Kendi zaten üst katta oturduğu için ne zaman yazsak bizimle hemen ilgilendi. Aynı zamanda ev oldukça temizdi. Bundan sonraki bu bölgeye seyahatimizde tercih edeceğim evdir. Herkese tavsiye ederim.

Είχα μια υπέροχη διαμονή. Το δωμάτιο είναι άνετο παρέχοντας το δικο μου μπάνιο και ιδιωτική τουαλέτα. Ο κύειος Παναγιώτης ως οικοδεσπότης, που ζει στο ίδιο διαμέρισμα, ήταν εξαιρετικά προσεκτικός και εξυπηρετικός. Έκανε ό,τι μπορούσε για να βεβαιωθεί ότι είχα όλα όσα χρειάζομαι, από το να μου εξηγήσει τη διαδικασία εισόδου και τους κανόνες του σπιτιού, μέχρι να διασφαλίσει ότι η διαμονή μου ήταν άνετη. Το πρωί της αναχώρησής μου, ετοίμασε καφέ για μένα, κάτι που ήταν μια τόσο ευγενική χειρονομία και με έκανε να νιώσω σαν στο σπίτι μου. Η τοποθεσία ήταν βολική και η συνολική εμπειρία ήταν ομαλή και χωρίς άγχος.

On the inside, the word describing best Xarikleia's place is "homey". Elegant, but in a discreet way, employing a lot of wood and recently renovated, decorated with style and an obvious (and welcome) personal touch. The front veranda is eastward-oriented, ample and with sea view, whereas both bedrooms have their own smaller balconies, westward-oriented so one who wants to just lay back in the sun (or shadow) can do so all day long. On the outside, the neighborhood is quiet, with large plots and well-distanced houses (although some development works suggest this may not be the case several years down the road). The small and private beach (like most are in this coastal region) is a 300 m walk. The entire area seems ideal for relaxation, hence I would expect it to be more attractive for people past certain age, looking for some isolation and solitude, rather than for music, shopping, restaurants, nightlife etc. Shopping, even for basic food staples, in Abdera, 20 km drive roundtrip.

Konaklamamız oldukça keyifli geçti. Ev hem çok temizdi hem de ihtiyaç duyabileceğimiz her şey düşünülmüştü. Yataklar konforluydu, mutfak ekipmanları yepyeniydi. Önündeki ücretsiz otopark büyük avantaj sağladı. Ev sahibi Konstantina çok nazik ve iletişim konusunda çok hızlıydı. Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim!

Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt! Wir waren von der Wohnung, Lage, Sauberkeit und Gastfreundschaft bezaubert! Ebenso waren wir von der ruhigen & angenehmen Gegend der Wohnung, sowie von deren kompletten Ausstattung begeistert! Die Wohnung ist 5 Min vom Strand, dem Archäologischen Museum & 20 Min zu Fuß & 10 Min mit Bus zum Stadtzentrum entfernt! Es gibt 2 sehr gute Restaurants am Strand, eines mit kostenlosen Sonnenschirmen & Liegestühlen und das andere ist auf dem Campingplatz mit sehr gutem Essen und an unserem Abend hatten wir dort Live-Musik & griechische Tänze! Nochmals vielen Dank dafür, dass Sie dafür gesorgt haben, dass wir uns die komplette Zeit wohl fühlten, dass Sie einen Parkplatz für unser Auto zur Verfügung gestellt haben und dass Sie direkt und schnell kommuniziert haben, wenn wir es brauchten! Vielen Dank auch dafür, dass Sie zu Beginn und am Ende unseres Aufenthaltes eine spezielle Geste für uns gemacht haben. 200% Empfehlung für Katerina und Kostadinos!!!

Ładny apartament w enklawie domków blisko morza. Sąsiedzi to głównie Bułgarzy, stąd chyba udogodnienia pod nich (telewizja bułgarska). Komunikatywny gospodarz, który z zewnątrz starał się rozwiązywać problemy. Polecamy

Η κα Πηνελόπη ηταν πολυ ευγενικη, φιλοξενη και αμέσως σε κανει να νιώθεις σαν το σπιτι σου. Ο χωρος πεντακαθαρος με ολα τ απαραίτητα, αυτο που θα χρειαστεί να βαλεις στις βαλιτσες ειναι η καλή σου διάθεση και τα προσωπικα σου αντικείμενα. Η γειτονια ησυχη, διακριτική και με ιδιωτικο παρκινγκ. Ηταν ολα υπέροχα, σιγουρα θα ξαναεπισκεφτουμε τον χωρο.

It was a perfect holiday in thomas s place. We d really like to go there again… The garden was awesome. We enjoyed the barbecue place even the little pool was really joyful. We get sunbath in the garden, by the way beaches are really close 10 mins by walking. And the great tavern “almira” we went there two times! And the sunset was perfectly perfect. Thomas is really friendly, he helped everything thanks him again. We came just a couple but the place is okey for families or groups its so big!

Dimitris was a great host for us. We were two families accomodated in his house and had wonderful time there. House is very well equipped with everything that make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. There is a rocks wild beach few minutes walk from the house trough beatuful yard with different types of trees and few others not crowded beaches nearby (5 min. by car). House has a wondenfull see view terace that makes your stay unforgetable. Dimitris was so kind and generous to us. He was available all the time and even brings us products from his family garden and presents for departure - something that we experienced first time in our decade long vacation in Greece. I highly recomend his house for everyone who want quiet vacation in enjoyble and comfortable surrounding.

A villa that I can definitely recommend for all couples with or without children. The details are far above what is shown in the photos. Clean, tidy, quality, decent, calm, private. We felt like we were in our own summer house for the 5 days we stayed. The pool is absolutely clean and quite enough for a family of 4 people. The sea is extremely calm, pristine, I strongly recommend sea shoes or pallet for sea lovers. The water directly opposite the house is shallow and the sea urchins are too many but the underwater habitat is very beautiful. Mrs. Kallopi is a solution friendly host who loves her job and has good communication with her customers. It was a vacation that helped me to relieve the tiredness of the whole summer. We will visit again at the first opportunity. Thank you

Ailecek tatil geçirilebilecek çok güzel bir villa. Dost canlısı olan ev sahipleri her türlü kolaylığı tanıdılar. Villa çok konforlu. Sadece bir iki eksiği dışında kusursuz denebilir. Hava genel olarak iyi olduğu için çok sıkıntı yaşatmadı ama salonda klima olması daha iyi olabilirdi. Kalabalık aileler ve uzun konaklamalar için çamaşır makinesi olsa kolaylık olurdu. Bir de bulaşık makinesinin çok küçük olması evde yemek yediğimizde bulaşık yıkama süremizi arttırdı. :) Villa gerçekten tertemiz, çok güzel bir ortamda yer aldığı için ve ev sahipleri çok anlayışlı ve yardımsever olduğu için bunların hiçbiri tatilimizin mükemmel geçmesini engellemedi. Çoook teşekkür ederiz. Yine geleceğiz.
