Great apartment with a wonderful view! Perfect for relaxing, listening to the waves and watching the sunrise! We really enjoyed our stay! Apartment correspondents exactly to the pictures and the host was very easy to communicate with. The surrounding area is also very nice. The apartment is just by the seaside, there are walking paths and restaurants nearby and Menton is just a short walk away.

très bonne réception de hôte, appartement idéalement situé, appartement très propre, très accueillant pour une couple jeune ou une personne seule deux points noirs : très compliqué d'accès avec un gros suv, avec place de stationnement quasiment impossible à trouver à proximité escalier très pentu très compliqué pour une personne qui n'est pas a l'aise avec se genre d'escalier pour pouvoir accéder à l'appartement

This is a fabulous location - great for the tennis at Monte Carlo. Having three tennis courts and open air sea water swimming pool was added bonus. I personally loved the walk to the boulangerie every morning along the seafront!! We have stayed in a different apartment in the same building before which was great but Arnaud's place was much better for our needs - we loved it. Arnaud provided us with extremely useful information and helped us with our travel arrangements from the train station to the apartment. Patti was a pleasure to meet and show us to the apartment. Fantastic place - would thoroughly recommend.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cet appartement très bien situé et tres bien équipé. La vue sur la vieille ville, la plage et le port est magnifique. Notre hôte Orlane a facilité notre arrivée et s'est très gentiment chargée de nous faire parvenir des affaires oubliées dans l'appartement. Top !

We had a wonderful stay in Menton. The location is situated very close to public transportation for you to visit towns along the south of France, which made our stay stress-free. There are many restaurants in Mentone to enjoy the bakery down the street is one of the best I’ve come across in the area. The kitchen had many fine cooking instruments to enjoy a meal at the place. The views were spectacular. You could hear the sea crash along the rocks very soothing. 👍

Un séjour incroyable dans ce logement ! L'emplacement est parfait et un accès facile aux commodités locales. La maison était impeccable, bien équipé et décoré avec goût. Nous avons passé un excellent moment et nous recommandons vivement ce rbnb pour un séjour confortable et relaxant !

Nous avons passé de beaux moments chez Jean-Luc. La vue est superbe ! Et le logement est bien situé et bien équipé.

Séjour 4 jours avec deux enfants de 6 et12 ans, en mai.

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans la maison d’Isabelle d’où nous avons pu rayonner pour découvrir les nombreux incontournables de la région (gorges de la Loire, Puy en Velay, mont Mezenc, etc.). Isabelle est très sympathique, prévenante et serviable. La maison est claire et spacieuse. Quant à la piscine, elle a fait le bonheur de nos enfants.

Cette maison est incroyable : un havre de paix au bord du lac. La vue le matin est digne du tableau "Impression au soleil levant" de Monet. La journée, chacun peut profiter des activités (ping-pong, babyfoot, jeux dans la pelouse, ...) et du lac s'il fait beau. C'est un endroit idéal pour réunir toute notre famille avec bébés et enfant dans les 7 chambres. Le soir, le salon est un endroit idéal pour se retrouver ensemble tout en conservant la belle vue sur le lac. La cuisine très bien équipée permet de se confectionner de bons repas et de les savourer sur la terrasse. Déjà envie d'y retourner ...

Lieu enchanteur. Maison bien entretenue, lumineuse, confortable, déco originale. Un séjour tout en douceur. En cas de vent d'ouest et de fenêtres ouvertes, le bruit des avions approchant l'aéroport de Genève pourrait être pesant.

L'appartamento è carinissimo, molto curato e dotato di tutto e anche di più. L'arredamento è nuovissimo e con numerosi dettagli che rendono confortevole il soggiorno. Situato in un bellissimo palazzo dotato di ascensore e posto auto riservato. La vista mare è stupenda e rappresenta sicuramente la sua caratteristica migliore. Essendo un primo piano, con le finestre aperte si sente un po' il rumore del traffico della strada sottostante, ma chiudendo le finestre l' isolamento acustico è perfetto, la vista mozzafiato su sulla baia poi fa perdonare tutto. Ringrazio Sylvie e sua figlia per la loro ospitalità.

Alloggio in posizione perfette per raggiungere i country club di montecarlo! In soli 2 minuti a piedi siamo arrivati in stazione e da li solo 2 fermate. Cathrine è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile nel venirci incontro per il nostro orario di check in. Consigliamo assolutamente l alloggio!!

Daniel is a 5 star host and his flat is outstanding. The view of Lake Geneva is breathtaking. The furniture is comfortable, the amenities are everything you need, the neighborhood is safe and close to many things. The pictures and description are 100% accurate. You know what you're getting which is important for us! I will book this flat again when we return to Geneva.

De bon échange avec la propriétaire. Informations claires. Un logement bien situé, calme avec une vue magnifique et paisible. L'appartement était impeccable, il sentait bon, bien équipé avec une bonne literie. Un très bon restaurant à 2 pas. Et toutes les commodités facile d'accès.
