Prachtige woning met alle voorzieningen die je nodig hebt, goed internet, goede keuken en badkamer en ruim bed om in te slapen. Pal in het centrum dus alles is dichtbij. Zeker het geld waard!

We were very pleased staying at this apartment for five nights. It's in a lovely, centrally located neighborhood which is walkable to the Old Town and many cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The apartment is pretty spacious, comfortable, and quiet. The apartment also included the listed amenities as described and as in the photos. The host was very nice getting us settled and responding to any questions. The host also helped us find and secure parking which was a big help. We'd definitely recommend this place to fellow travelers to Riga, including families.

We spent three weeks in the apartments with a one-year-old baby. The place is located in an old building, but the apartment itself is completely renovated, clean, and spacious, with great furniture. The bed is very big and super comfortable. The host provided us with a baby crib (thanks a lot!). The kitchen has everything you would ever need, including a blender, which we used sometimes for preparing baby food. There was roadwork right in front of the building throughout our stay, but surprisingly, we didn't hear much noise. The apartment has high-speed internet, and the second bedroom has a desk, so the setup was great for getting work done. We didn't get a chance to meet the hosts, but communication with Olesja was great. I highly recommend the apartment, especially for families.

El apartamento de Kristine es bonito, hogareño y cómodo. Hemos estado muy agusto y se puede trabajar bien. El barrio es tranquilo y muy verde, cuidado con los mosquitos!

Das AirBnB war genauso wie beschrieben. Ein sehr schöner Ort für einen Kurzurlaub. Der Strand ist fußläufig nicht weit und das AirBnB ist gut mit dem öffentlichen Nahverkehr aus Riga zu erreichen. Den schönen Garten mit Grillmöglichkeit konnten wir auf Grund der vielen Moskitos leider nicht nutzen. Die Kommunikation mit Helena war sehr herzlich und unkompliziert. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

I enjoyed staying at this little loft! As a single female staying there, the building and neighbourhood felt safe. I loved the big bright windows!

This property served our family fantastically especially during the summer months, we had our own private swimming pool and sauna, a barbecue area to make shashlik. The air-conditioning in the bottom floor helped a lot as it was over 30°, A pool table on the top floor with three beds, fully recommended, Thank you Igor for your hospitality

Расположение — отличное: рядом аэропорт и центр Юрмалы, при этом тихо и спокойно. Территория ухоженная, с красивым садом, мангалом и летней кухней — идеальное место для отдыха на свежем воздухе. Внутри есть всё необходимое: посуда, полотенца, туалетные и кухонные принадлежности, даже мелочи вроде ватных дисков и таблеток для посудомоечной машины — всё предусмотрено до мелочей. Бассейн теплый (24–25 градусов), сауна большая, ухоженная. Мы пользовались ей по два раза в день, а счет за воду и электричество приятно удивил — он оказался совсем небольшим. В доме прекрасная шумоизоляция — даже громкая музыка не мешает тем, кто отдыхает в другой комнате. Планировка очень удобная, никто никому не мешал, даже когда оставались гости. We had an absolutely fantastic stay. The place was even more beautiful than the pictures showed, and it exceeded all our expectations. The apartment was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully designed — truly a home away from home. The only thing to note is that a car is essential, as you can’t really do much without one. But apart from that, we had an amazing time and would highly recommend this beautiful house!

The place was amazing for a large group! It has a beautiful front yard and a large dining room/living room area inside. I would recommend this place to everyone!

A stunning home in a very quiet and peaceful location. Only a couple of minutes walk to the beach or 10 minute drive to the shops and restaurants on Jomas street. You can find plenty of scooters nearby. The home is kitted out with every modern gadget you can think of and was kept in pristine condition. We really enjoyed the sauna and the pool on days we weren’t exploring.

the house was great exactly as shown in pictures there was even a lot of extra stuff that they didn't advertise. the host was very responsive and did what ever we needed. the house was very clean.

This is the best place in a private house I have ever stayed in Riga. Very comfortable and quiet place with a neat yard. The apartment is perfectly clean, cozy and warm. The bus stop is next to the house. Also in 10-13 minutes walk there is a trolleybus stop and other buses that will take you to the very center and to other points of the city. Shop and cafe in 6 minutes walk. Restaurant "Rest" I highly recommend, with a playground and good cuisine. Market and hospital, everything within walking distance. Gatis is very welcoming, friendly, quickly responding to all questions. I would highly recommend this place!
