La casa es preciosa; fácil de llegar aunque el camino un poco rústico. Cerca de playas y llegares de interes. Los anfitriones de 10 siempre pendientes a nosotros. Lo único que echamos en falta fue un microondas en la casa.

Nuestra estadía fue maravillosa, a pesar que reservamos a última hora, fuimos recibidos de manera rápida y muy acogedora. Gracias por tener la casa en perfectas condiciones, todo equipado e impecable. 100% recomendado. Franny excelente host.

I had a terrific time at Eric's place. The beach was awesome and I hope that this place is available when I return to the country. I would recommend this place.

First I would like to say that my boyfriend, my dog and I had a wonderful time at Villa Belisia Maria. We all felt very comfortable and cozy here. The place was walkable to the beach but since it was rainy we had to drive less than 10 minutes. The pool was perfect, the Villa had everything we needed and the rooms were very well organized and clean. The host Jhoselyn was helpful from the start and very welcoming. The manager Danny was also very helpful from the start as he showed us how to get to the beach the minute we arrived at the villa. He was also very responsive to any requests or questions that we had. The property was very well kept and very beautiful greenery all around, making it feel peaceful and breathtaking. The inside of the Villa was neat, cozy and nicely decorated. There were supplies on hand like toiletries, towels, paper towels, cooking utensils and laundry detergents. All in all, everything was perfect for us! We would most definitely be coming back here next time.

I do not believe the photos do justice to actually what you are paying for. Starting with the actual location of the villa. The residential community is up-kept very well so driving up to the house was already a picture perfect moment. The house itself was everything we wanted and more. The inside was very well maintained and clean. We had all rooms available and there was only two of us. We slept in every room during our stay and all rooms have comfy beds with AC that make for a pleasurable sleep. Every room has a bathroom with a shower. There are no bath tubs, however is one necessary when there is a pool and consistent warm weather? All appliances are included for cooking and there are many local restaurants if you prefer not to cook. The pool is fantastic and probably goes to 5-6 ft deep. You can grill. There are people that come throughout the stay to clean the pool. These are the workers for the whole community. They are friendly and do not interrupt. Cant wait to book again!

Arlenne’s home was very beautiful and spacious! It was in a perfect location near beaches and local restaurants. We added the chef services and the food was delicious and they were super kind and helpful! Arlenne was very responsive and answered all of our questions. We definitely recommend Arlenne’s place!

Muy bien ubicada, cerca de las atracciones de Rio San Juan. Al ser citadina, se extraña tener personal de seguridad cerca, aunque el lugar no transmita señales de inseguridad. Se tuvo respuesta oportuna a las solicitudes durante la estadía. Muy buena opción de hospedaje!

Beautiful, spacious and private. Comfortably fit my group of around 15 people and could fit even more. The host was proactive, bilingual and assisted us immediately upon request even at midnight on one occasion. Would highly recommend.

This house was one of the best houses I have stayed at for a air bnb. It was exactly like the photos. The view is to die for. Amazing huge home. Ac, washer/dryer and hot water worked excellent. The pool topped it off. Flavien was super responsive with any questions I had. 3 min from Rio San Juan. I will stay here again for sure. Total 5 star!!!!

came here on a solo surf trip, it was perfect. I wanted a low key place that wasn't a resort. This is a one bedroom apartment in a quiet safe location tucked away with a great outdoor space. The kitchen has all the basics to cook your own meals. The AC works well, it's in the bedroom only, but the house was cool when I came back from the beach every day (with the AC off), there's also a clean pool to cool off in. There's a fan in the kitchen as well if you need a breeze while cooking! The shower has hot water and decent pressure. Easy 5-10 min walk to the food park, a bakery/breakfast, and 2 convenience stores, and an ATM. Most importantly it's a 5-10 min walk to the beach. Absolutely highly recommend for a solo traveler/couple. I felt safe here and walked to the beach alone and to/from the shop at night. Eve was soooo helpful and very responsive! Her place looks exactly like the photos. Thank you so much Eve!!!

I booked Rivka’s place for 3 weeks and it was great! If you are a surfer you can walk to Encuentro Beach. If you are a kiter, Kite Beach is a 5 minute drive. Town center is a 7 minutes drive. There is a plaza 1 minute walking that has pretty much everything you need. From coffee, hair cut, poke bowls, smoothie, and organic soap. There is also a food truck across the street with great options for a bite or drink. The unit was very clean and modern. The 24/7 security was a nice touch, although the area is already very safe. The staff were very responsive to any needs and accommodation. I would book Rivka’s place again next time I am in Cabarete.

Stayed one week here and the place is just like the photos. Very clean and without unnecessary clutter and decorations. The unit is located in the hills of the countryside so it is a calm place without much noise - very easy to sleep well here. I did not have any problems walking back and forth from the house to the highway. It was great to find that every window had mosquito screens so you can enjoy fresh air without letting the bugs in. Thanks, Pablo! You have a great place!

Wow! It’s all about the view and the sound of the waves. Huge balcony, spacious, well equipped condo. Great for 2 couples or a family. 2 km walk along the beach to the centre of Cabarete (good grocery store). So many great restaurants, all within walking distance. We have stayed at five other complexes in Cabarete and Seawinds is hands down the best. Beautiful big pools, well maintained gardens, clean shared facilities, friendly people and very good security. The only negative is what the construction next door, towards Kite beach has done. They have pushed dirt and rocks so far forward that it has cut off a safe walk along the beach over to Kite Beach. Hopefully it’s in the plans to create a path and some stairs up over the rocks to better access Kite Beach. There are some great restaurants and bars there. Thanks Luis for sharing your condo with us and the excellent communication during our stay.
