About a mile away from both Swanwick Marina and Park Gate village, Swanwick train station is 15 minute walk. We have large spacious flat with a fully equipped modern kitchen. We have private parking for 1 car and the property faces the woodlands that make for lovely strolls. This flat was built in April 2025 and is equipped to the high standards of modern technology and furnishings.
