Minutes away from the Stockyards, Downtown, West 7th, Dickies Arena, TCU, the Zoo, Museums, and more. It is fenced in/separate from the main house for privacy and offers plenty of parking. Additionally, there is a private entrance and keypad for easy check in and check out. It has been intentionally designed to optimize the space and create the perfect getaway for any occasion.

An adorable little 340 sq ft backyard oasis! Main house is an historic 1940's bungalow. This back house, built in 2017, is full of light and fresh décor with Fort Worth flair. Super convenient location makes this the perfect spot for a getaway in the city with all of the amenities and comforts of home. Dogs are welcome with pre-approval before booking. Welcome to The Modern West! This 3 bed, 1.5 bath home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood in central Fort Worth, close to everything. Newly renovated with fresh, modern decor, Mid-Mod West is a perfect retreat for one or two families, a couple, small group, or solo traveler. We welcome up to two housetrained pets, and our backyard is fully fenced with room to play. Your host, Kristin, is a Fort Worth native who loves giving travel recommendations and wants to make your stay memorable.

Everything you need- stocked kitchenette, workspace, separate living area - is provided in this 650 sq foot apartment minutes from downtown, great local breweries, and the Fort Worth stockyards. The guest apartment is located in the backyard of our main house. It is very quiet and private. **only dogs under 40lbs are allowed** **NO CATS**

The house is newly remodeled with a modern/Texas touch. It features plenty of natural light from the large windows. It is 1 mile/ 20 min walk to the New Dickies Arena, 0.4 miles to UNTHSC & Museums. Also walking distance to restaurants, nightlife & shopping. Close to downtown Fort Worth, TCU, The Stockyards, Botanical Gardens. NOTE: parties not allowed and 2 vehicle maximum. The door is keyless with a code pad. The house has a queen size bed in each of the bedrooms.

Welcome to our convenient , private attached suite in a very nice neighborhood. This has a separate entrance from the main house. No shared spaces except the backyard which we barely use. We are close to most amenities such as DFW airport (15), At&T Stadium (20), Stockyards(22), downtown Dallas and Fort Worth, dining and shopping areas. If you need a place for business, airport transits, concerts, visiting family, we have the place for you!
