Bed & Breakfasts als Ferienunterkünfte in River Spey

Wij hebben hier overnacht als tussenstop op onze reis naar Isle of Skye. Prachtig verblijf. Alles is er aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. Super fijne bedden, een bad en lekker ontbijtsnacks. Ideaal dus voor ons als gezin. Verder prima communicatie! Zeker waard dus om een keer te gaan logeren.

Beautiful place, the surrounding area is stunning on a clear day. The accommodation is comfy, homely and spacious. Breakfast reviews definitely lived up to expectations! A perfect location to explore the Loch Ness area. The house is beautifully furnished and decorated with lovely details that make it feel warm and welcoming. We had a very comfortable stay and would recommend it to others.

Great place to stay, few minutes from Nairn station / Town Centre Just right for (my) needs of the w/e. Hosts were extremely helpful and accomodating - would recommend.

We were on the fence about booking a room in someone's home as we've never done it before...but we couldn't have been happier that we did! We enjoyed our stay, the bed was super comfy, the breakfast was great and Jamie was so helpful at helping us plan! If we were to come back in the future we wouldnt hesitate to stay again!

Wir haben uns bei Jane und John auf ihrer Farm sehr wohl gefühlt! Jane war super freundlich und sympathisch! Die Farm liegt auf einem idyllischen Hügel mit viel Natur rundherum, nicht weit von Aberfeldy, wo man alles findet, was man braucht. Wir würden auch wieder zu Besuch kommen! :)

Lovely little spot — and a solid breakfast to start your day of adventure! We were in a room with four beds — fairly tight space, but convenient. Harry was a very warm host and the location was perfect for our trip from Edinburgh to Inverness.

Glenisla Hotel is in a beautiful rural lication. Warm, clean, friendly and comfortable. This was a return visit.

Thornton Castle is simply one of the most magical places we have ever visited. We literally stayed in the tower of a medieval castle, which has belonged to the family for generations. Griselda is the most charming host imaginable. She took us to the ramparts to view the beautiful gardens and grounds and made us a sumptuous breakfast. Google Maps took us down country lanes, right to the house. The countryside around is beautiful and Thornton is a perfect place to visit the seashore and the many historic monuments in the area.

Absolutely perfect one night stay. Everything was sparkling clean and I felt so comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was delicious; the breakfast room overlooks the yard and is a very tranquil spot.

Le séjour auprès d’Eléonore et de Grant a été un vrai cadeau! Leur maison est juste magnifique, d’un grand confort, un intérieur d’une grande propreté, une décoration très soigné et on s’y sens pleinement accueilli. La nature est très présente, ce qui est pleinement ressourçant. En quelques minutes, vous êtes à Inverness. Le lieu est idéal pour découvrir également black isle, les Fairy Glen, les clanvas, culloden battefiel (lieu de recueil)…Eleonore est adorable et elle a pris le temps de nous conseiller sur tous nos déplacements et lieux à visiter. Un vrai bonheur! Le petit déjeuner est fait de surprises (je vous invite à les découvrir lors de votre visite 😉), il est très copieux! Eleonore nous a fait découvrir des petites traditions culinaires chaque matin ! Nous aurons plaisir à revenir en leur demeure et surtout, nous aurons plaisir à les revoir! Staying at Eskview Farm was a real treat. Kath cooked a great breakfast every morning, and we thoroughly enjoyed our conversations with her. The accommodation was comfy and pleasant, making it easy to feel at home. If you’re looking for a cozy and welcoming place to stay with a wonderful host, Eskview Farm is a fantastic choice.

Had a fantastic stay at Gerry and Karen’s, so comfortable, clean and in a perfect location with parking. Gerry and Karen were amazing hosts, so friendly and welcoming and their breakfast was very tasty. Would highly recommend.

Pitlochry is a beautiful village and this home is a wonderful place to stay while in the area. We enjoyed the spacious room with comfortable bed and spotless bathroom. The views are lovely, too! The host's magical garden gives the home a perfect setting. We appreciated the generous continental breakfast items which gave us a great start to the day. Thank you for your hospitality.

Lovely place to end the West Highland Way!

Susan and Derry are legends! If we could give them and their beautiful mountain view home 10 stars, we would! Their warmth and grace went above and beyond even the best Scottish hospitality, which says a lot. The homemade Scottish breakfasts were to die for. The room and the bed especially were so comfortable and truly every detail was considered in making our stay perfect. We cant wait to visit again!

Maria & Frank’s place was absolutely lovely - peaceful, cozy and centrally located. Bed was comfortable & they had provided lots of breakfast options/other special touches to make you feel right at home. One of the true highlights of this accommodation are Maria & Frank themselves - such warm and lovely people, who are happy to recommend lots of nearby walks/restaurants. They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Overall we loved Pitlochry and this accommodation and will definitely stay here when we return 😊

Joyce et Allan proposent des logements dans leur maison, posée en haut d'une jolie colline. Tout y est incroyable, la vue, la quiétude des lieux, leur accueil, leur gentillesse et leur prévenance, le confort de la chambre, le petit-déjeuner et leurs animaux. Petit détail à l'attention des voyageurs qui viendraient sans voiture, prévoir 20 minutes à pied depuis la station de bus. Merci beaucoup pour avoir contribué à rendre ce séjour dans les Highlands inoubliable.

Stayed only one day but felt very welcomed... The food was amazing and very well presented! Room is up to hotel standards and bathroom very clean. The host is very kind and provides great insight about the area, we arrived a little late but the check-in was very easygoing. They also have their own self-made honey products. It's also close by Inverness if you want to visit that. I would highly recommend this place for a peaceful rest and friendly hospitality!

We had a great stay with Chris! The location was ideal…only a ~7min walk to the bridge and access to restaurants and other city offerings. The room was clean, comfortable and well stocked with yummy snacks (& even a little whiskey!). Chris definitely knows how to make a delicious made-to-order breakfast! I appreciated his communication l, not just during our stay but even before our arrival, making some great suggestions of places to see along our drive to Inverness. Chris is a wonderful host…we enjoyed chatting with him each day!

Excellent B&B! We stayed in the Balmoral room, which was very spacious, had a charming patio overlooking gorgeous pastures and mountains. The bathroom was also large and lovely! Very comfortable bedding and access to good wifi, TV, and tea cart when winding down at night. The breakfast was phenomenal! Absolutely loved the eggs benedict, the home cooking and baking was superb. Wish we stayed longer than 2 nights! Hosts were friendly and had good recommendations for local diners and activities.
