Woodpeckers is a private annexe attached to our house with its own entrance and private patio area with charcoal bbq. We have a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, electric oven, fridge with small freezer, kettle, microwave. Tea and coffee are provided. Smart 40 inch TV in lounge with comfortable sofa/sofa bed if required. Bedroom has a kingsize ziplink bed which can be made into 2 singles if required. The caravan is brand new and sited in the prestigious Sandy Lodge area in June 2021. Sandy Lodge is on the Southern part of the park which benefits from being close to the club house, restaurant and shop, but most importantly a short five-minute walk to the lovely sandy beaches of Walton-on-the-Naze.

Sitting in 10 acers of private grounds, Sprotts Farm is the perfect countryside getaway. The Stables is a beautifully converted barn that was completely updated in 2020. This cosy cottage sleeps four guests in a double room with a WC and a twin room. The Stables boast a large walk in shower. Looking forward to meeting you! PS: we have a pond in the main garden and our chickens are free range and wonder freely around the gardens.
