This cute 200 year old castle folly with a hot tub was restored with help from BBC’s ‘My Unique B&B' to give you a romantic experience in a beautiful rural setting. Medieval themed features include panelled walls, skylight above the bed, and a knight! Facilities include shower, TV, fridge freezer, heating, hob and outside seating. On arrival you will be met with the most stunning views of the Meon Valley. The South Downs Way is a short hike away, which leads to a wonderful nature reserve.

The property is right in the heart of the picturesque riverside village of Pangbourne with its fabulous specialist shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Yet only ten minutes walk gets you to the countryside! The village also boasts a mainline station with direct trains to London Paddington.

We are well situated for trips to Goodwood ,Fontwell and Cowdray Park.The towns of Guildford,Brighton ,Chichester,Arundel and Petworth are all nearby. Well behaved dogs are welcome on leads as there is no fenced area. A travel cot for babies is available.but bedding not provided

The Hayloft - luxury country retreat

A country hideout above our detached oak framed barn. Stylishly furnished in a rustic luxury theme ensuring this retreat ticks all boxes to make your stay comfortable & cosy! Very spacious and an ideal place to come and relax for a romantic countryside break. Fantastic pub in the neighbouring village that serves food most days (please check) and there is a very well equipped kitchen should you like to cook for yourselves. Easy access to Oxfordshire best countryside walks too.

The Pool House (for 2 Adults & 2 Children)

This unique, Architect designed self contained building, has a style all of its own. With an open plan kitchenette and island unit, including an oven, microwave, hob and fridge freezer, you can dine in or go out to the Market Town of Petersfield. The lounge area has a 72" TV with a full sky package and spare HDMI leads. There is a walk in shower wet room and a separate cloakroom. The bedroom is cosy, with a king size bed. There is a separate area with bunkbeds, for smaller children.
