Tucked away in a woody hollow, Esgair Barn (dog friendly) is the perfect place for families or friends seeking a refreshing break in unspoilt Carmarthenshire. Close to Bannau Brycheiniog (Brecon Beacons), there's plenty of space here for outdoor time and fresh air whether or not attractions are open. Whether you’re planning on hiking or biking or just want to get away from it all you’ll be happy here. Fans of hills, rivers, beaches & castles won't be disappointed. EV charger is also available.

Farm Cottage for a escape to the country

New barn conversion. I have tried to maintain the character. The decor is Agri/industrial, reusing as much of the raw materials around the farm. It has three king-size beds all on-suite. 1 x Very large bedroom upstairs with sofa and balcony and 2 smaller ground floor bedrooms. Each room has a TV and wifi. The main living room includes a kitchen, a table, a large L-shaped sofa and coffee table: an outdoor table and chairs, BBQ and a covered area for storing bikes and a EV Charger (50p/kw) etc.

The Cabin A secluded, self contained log cabin

The Cabin is a purpose built log cabin with easy access for people with impaired mobility. It is positioned in an isolated private garden of a family owned smallholding. The Cabin looks out over the surrounding country. It has its own secluded private garden and foot access to many acres of local woods and walks. We welcome dogs and they stay for free. But please let us know you are bringing them. We do not accept bookings that include infants or children as we are only insured for adults.

A 200 year old cottage/ annexe with vaulted ceilings and exposed beams. Large open plan living area with large wood burner. Fully fitted kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. One bedroom with a large walk-in wardrobe and en-suite shower room, a large hot tub situated outside approximately 30 feet from the door of the cottage. On the edge of the Brecon Beacons, Surrounded by farmland, set in two and a half acres of private woodland. Peaceful and tranquil Check in is between 3pm and 10pm

Step aboard The Toad, a beautifully restored 1921 GWR brake van (AKA Toad Wagon), once a vital part of post-war goods trains. The hut is a tranquil and peaceful place for you to relax, and forget about all the hustle and bustle of daily life. Enjoy our lovely hot tub with a glass of something cool and slowly unwind surrounded by nature. The Hut also has gated wooden steps leading down to a fully enclosed dog friendly paddock which is for your own private use . For the colder nights along with the underfloor heating our log burner will keep you toasty through the night.
