The historical brown stone building was beautifully renovated a few years ago. The ceiling is high up and the room is spacious that you feel great. The mattress is one of the most comfortable ones that you can sleep like a sleeping beauty. You feel refresh in this pleasant place after the touring or working in the busy city. Enjoy your stay in this classic 1896 New York City brownstone, iconic of the era in which it was built. Abundant natural light fills both ends of the apartment, offering views of the nearby park. The renovated space is spacious and features modern appliances and hardwood floors throughout. The guest bedroom is roomy and overlooks the garden below. Located on a beautiful tree-lined street, it’s just a short walk to the subway through the vibrant, residential neighborhood of Washington Heights.

1892 Brownstone on Landmarked Block

Stay in a beautifully restored brownstone near Central Park. We own and live on the lower two floors; guest rooms are on the third floor. THIS IS A SHARED ACCOMODATION. Guests are welcome to use our Kitchen, but there is a microwave and small fridge in the guest room. Two large bedrooms with queen beds and one small room with a twin bed. Please note that the small twin bedroom is accessed from the queen bedroom. One private bath shared by all three bedrooms. The floor is totally private.

5th floor walk up. Not a good apt for someone who can not handle exercise. If you’re looking for a sleek, minimalist hotel experience, this isn’t it. Your private room is cozy with fresh linens, comfortable bedding, and plenty of natural light. This is not a polished, empty space but a home filled with character, where every corner has a story. Bright and sunny bedroom in renovated Harlem owner occupied townhouse. The house is steps from 135th Street subway (B and C trains), and 15 minutes to midtown. The bathroom is outside the room, but directly across from it and is only used by the guest staying in this room. Because of NYC regulations, we can only host one person in the room at a time. Please note that although the minimum stay is one night, we typically do not accept one night reservations more than a month in advance.

Quiet and safe FYI it is an urban area if driving in take into consideration parking is difficult at times
