Appartement très bien situé pour rayonner autour de Dospat. Attention la cuisine / salle à manger est très petite, donc compliqué de manger à plus que 2-3 personnes (une seule plaque électrique )

Страхотен апартамент,чист,уютен и много просторен.Апартамента е много близо до лифта на Студенец което го прави безкрайно удобен за тези който са отишли да карат ски.Домакина е много отзивчив и отговаря много бързо на всички зададени въпроси.Изкарахме страхотна ски ваканция във това място за настаняване.Задължително ще го посетим отново

Comfortable place with big rooms, clean and cozy. Fully recommend.

Great view. Specious rooms. Apartment was warmed prior to our arrival, heating was working great. Basic kitchen amenities were available. The host was very responsive and the site manager was very welcoming. Open access common area at the premises' lobby is also offering good options for leisure activities. Parking was available and easily accessible.

Апартамента беше супер. Имаше повечето нужни уреди и беше чисто. Сравнително близо е до почти всичко. Имаше време докато намерихме входа и всичко, но благодарение на инструкциите от Иво, успяхме доста бързо да се ориентираме. Препоръчвам много и с удоволствие бих дошла и следващата година!

Изключително приятно и уютно. Удобна локация точно на центъра, близо до градски транспорт.

Просторно и уютно място в сърцето на Девин. Разполага с всички необходими удобства, напълно оборудвана кухня, широка трапезария и хол, чисто, с камина на дърва, отзивчив домакин и в близост до добри ресторанти.

Изключително любезен домакин. Всичко в дома е чисто,удобно и комфортно! Заведенията за хранене са наблизо,не липсват развлечения.

Ich war rundum zufrieden! Die Unterkunft ist genau wie auf den Fotos – sehr idyllisch und ruhig gelegen. Alles war sauber, gut ausgestattet und angenehm. Die Gegend lädt zum Entspannen ein. Ich kann den Aufenthalt uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Очень хорошее расположение. Хозяин дал очень подробные инструкции как попасть в жилье. В комнате было очень тепло и тихо. Я довольна своим выбором.

The place was clean and as described. It is within walking distance to the city center and the old city. It was on the second floor and had some narrow stairs, but Ivailo was very helpful in carrying my luggage. He was helpful and responsive when I had a problem. I will definitely stay at the same place when I visit again!

The apartment is very modern and comfortable. There's AC (in the bedroom) and a washing machine. The TV is awesome. The apartment is very close to the city center. We also got some great recommendations from Georgi about local restaurants. The parking is by the street. The building is a bit old, but the neighborhood is very quiet.

Great place to stay in Pamporovo, just 3 min away with car from the lift station, and 5 min from the most rated local restaurants and pubs. The apartment was very clean, and had all equipment needed even for a long stay. Would definitely visit again.
