Guest House on acreage - quiet and private setting

Our house has a self contained guest house situated on a 4ha (10 acre) lifestyle block offering you a quiet and peaceful location. It has a comfortable queen size bed with separate ensuite, kitchen and lounge. We can accommodate an extra adult/child (double sofa bed or single mattress) we have all the necessary things for babies and toddlers. Tea, coffee, milk and toast come free of charge. We are located 12 minutes from Christchurch CBD, near Prebbleton and 15 minutes to the airport.

Contemporary self contained modern cabin situated in a peaceful and private garden setting. It has 2 double glazed doors leading on to a deck with out door seating. The cabin is on a lifestyle block, with extensive gardens, orchard, herb garden, sheep, chickens, and hydroponic system.
