This pet friendly property has been modernised to provide high quality, contemporary living in a traditional countryside cottage setting. The property is situated on the edge of Exmoor, in the traditional village of Bishops Nympton and within a short drive to the North Devon beaches.

Spend an enjoyable evening after a day outdoors in Gamekeeper Cottage. With its lush greens and oak beams, it merges the traditional with the contemporary in its decor. There are three lovely cosy bedrooms upstairs at Gamekeeper Cottage. One boasts a king-sized bed. The second offers a choice of king-sized bed or twin beds. The third can be used to accommodate a child/ young person in a cot or single bed or be a study, as long as the scenic views of the surrounding fields don’t distract you.

Thorndon Barton is a luxurious 6 bedroom barn conversion. Located perfectly between Dartmoor and Exmoor with sweeping views. Thorndon Barton is accessed via a private drive and has its own parking for several cars and a substantial garden and patio, all with beautiful views. A perfect retreat for family groups, corporate breaks or group holidays with friends; however please note this isn’t suitable for loud party groups. EV charging available - rebooking required due to system - charges apply.

Come and enjoy a rural retreat in our newly converted barn with unrivalled views over Exmoor and a cosy chic interior. Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

'The Granary' in glorious Devon countryside

Spacious and comfortable self-contained accommodation with expansive south facing views of the quiet Devon countryside. Consisting of the converted first floor of a historic farm building, The Granary is conveniently located close to Exmoor, Dartmoor and north and south coast beaches. The property has a double and twin bedrooms, bathroom (bath with shower), kitchen (oven, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge) and living room / dining area. Private garden with space to park two cars.

Mill Cottage, Templeton Bridge

This small two bedroomed cottage was built in 1800 when the Mill opposite was fully working. It is in a remote, quiet and secluded part of Mid Devon within an hour of both the North or South coasts of Devon. It is accessible down narrow single track country lanes. The nearest shops are in the town of Tiverton, five miles away. The broadband has been upgraded to Ultrafast fibre to the premises with speeds of at least 450mbps. However, there is no mobile phone signal in the valley.

Kennel Farm lies within the Exmoor National Park on the banks of the River Barle, 1 mile from the beautiful town of Dulverton. The farmhouse has been sympathetically renovated, keeping the original features whilst offering modern comforts. Guests are invited to enjoy picnics, wild swimming and campfires on the river bank, and walk through the surrounding Arboretum and 17 acres of parkland. A place to totally switch off, surrounded by wildlife, outdoor activities and birdsong.

The Barn, West Ford Farm

The Barn is part of an historic farmstead. It was built from cob and stone in the 18th century and sits in a peaceful valley, a lovely place to get away from it all and enjoy the glorious Devon country side. It is on the edge of Dartmoor and next to the Two Moors Way. The pretty village of Drewsteignton is a couple of miles away with it's pub The Drewe Arms. The National Trust's Castle Drogo is half a mile beyond that. The Drogo Estate has beautiful walks along the River Teign

Daisy Cottage is located in the North Devon region. The property is around 38km from Lundy Island, 39km from Westward Ho!, 34km from Tiverton Castle and 15 mins drive to Exmoor National Park. Guests at the holiday home can explore the local area via direct access to footpaths and river walks. Explore the Devon countryside and relax in the large cottage garden with a BBQ. Feel free to wander and enjoy West Radley family farm and meet our friendly rare breed animals.

Enjoy quiet woodland walks around our 65 acre woodland, or relax by the lake to enjoy tranquil coarse fishing or a glass of wine as the sunsets. Coombe Cottage is a great place to stay to get away from all the hustle and bustle of busy life. Staying at the cottage just to relax or to explore the beautiful and wild Exmoor or the stunning North Devon Coast, there is a lot to offer from this great location.

Orchard Cottage

Orchard Cottage offers a tranquil rural escape in the heart of the Devonshire countryside. Located just on the outskirts of Exmoor National Park, this charming retreat includes an open-plan kitchen and lounge area, three spacious bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The property comfortably accommodates for six guests - with room for two more at a squeeze! All well-behaved pets are welcome, but please be aware we do have goats and a barn cat who live on the property.
