House owners were extremely responsive and informative. House was well stocked , and a great location and view made the stay even better.

This home is really nice! We stayed there because our daughter was getting married at a venue about 5 minutes away from the home. It was perfect! Plenty of space for our family and was great for the bridal party to get ready! Nice open floor plan. The beds a bedrooms were very large with comfortable beds. The home was well equipped. The outdoor area was nice and I’m sure the pool is nice in the summertime. Thank you for sharing your home with us on this very special occasion.

It was a great stay after a long day roaming around Washington DC and Maryland. The accommodation was clean and nicely decorated with very inspiring words of wisdom providing a cozy and comfortable retreat throughout our stay. Kelly has been very informative and detailed on the instructions to help us on a very smooth check in and check out process. The location was fantastic and quiet neighborhood. We had a great weekend! The host was incredibly kind and accommodating, making check-in and communication smooth from start to finish. The house itself was well-stocked, clean, and thoughtfully organized—perfect for relaxing with a small family group. We especially enjoyed winding down in the cozy living room and falling asleep to a movie after a fun day out. Would absolutely stay here again!

This was a great place for our family of 13 to stay during the weekend of our niece's wedding in Baltimore. The home has plenty of large common areas, dining space, and super comfortable beds - even the queen-size bunk beds on the lower level had high-end mattresses. The kitchen is well-equipped. We had 4 additional family members drop in for dinner on our last night there, and it was no problem preparing food for, and serving, 17 people. Everyone was happy with this choice for our accommodations.

We stayed at the house for a family wedding. We had a total of 7 people staying in the house and there was plenty of room and beds for everyone. The house has everything you could need! The backyard is beautiful with a view of the water and access to the water. The host gave clear instructions and made it easy to get into the house! I would definitely stay in the house again and recommend to anyone in the area. The area is beautiful and we found some great seafood restaurants!

Absolutely beautiful place, very spacious, and very clean! This was the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in - I can’t recommend enough! Five bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was the perfect size for our group of nine. All of the furniture was so nice and new. The location is perfect on a quiet street but walkable to downtown Annapolis. We were able to park multiple cars in the driveway and there’s a parking garage just a short walk down the road if needed. Danielle was an excellent host, very responsive, provided clear check in instructions, and she checked in part way through our stay to make sure everything was going well. I would love to stay here again!

Such a lovely, comfortable home. Everything we needed. Loved the location. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and neighbors were friendly. There's a park with walking trails and lake half a mile walk away. The house was perfect. Relaxing. Comfortable beds and bedding. The record player was an added bonus, as were the puzzles and board games for the rainy days. Communication was excellent. Answered any questions quickly and was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed at this Airbnb with a friend many times, and it is truly the nicest place I've ever experienced! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The home is cozy and inviting, and Mehrdad and Anna are the sweetest and most kind people. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more special. Great place to stay for the Military Bowl! Walking distance to the Naval stadium. Plenty of room to spread out. Wish the weather had been better to spend time on the back deck

The cottage /house was peaceful on the edge of an inlet from the Bay. The patio was lovely. It was chilly so we couldn’t use the kayaks. The kitchen was very well equipped. The dishes, utensils, cookware were quality. The extra cozy blankets were nice. He responded to a request very timely. We enjoyed the stay very much.

Plenty of room and easy access to local attractions and amenities. This house served perfectly for a bachelor weekend in Baltimore.

It was nice. There was ants in a room and after showers the ceiling began leaking. Few issues but Franco communicated very well. We had a great time despite small issues. Otherwise everything was great and it was spacious

This is a small house with three bedrooms, on a quiet street in Hyattsville. There is good on-street parking. The house is renovated and nicely decorated.

Erin's place was a great place to stay in Annapolis. My family was in town for Commissioning Week at USNA. Annapolis is a beautiful town with tiny streets, so being at this location aloud us to walk to the Yard and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again when in the area. We have stayed in many airbnbs and this is by far the best taken care of and most thoughtfully appointed. We love sitting on the porch and walking everywhere. The beds were very comfortable and all towels and other linens were in great condition. Would stay again without hesitation.
