Rilassati con tutta la famiglia in questo alloggio tranquillo. Abbandona il caos cittadino ed immergiti nella natura vista mare. La residenza è sulla prima collina di Roseto degli Abruzzi, a 4,5 km dal mare. La casa è molto ampia e luminosa, sempre arieggiata. Dispone di 2 camere matrimoniali , due bagni ed un grandissimo divano letto, wifi e TV satellitare. Visto lo spazio che lo circonda, si può fare sport all'aria aperta o leggersi un libro in tutta semplicità. Ottimo per chi ama la bici.

If you enjoy walking or hiking, cycling, shopping or just relaxing this is a great place.

Casa Fenice is located next to an olive grove and overlooking the cultivated fields of neighboring farms. Across the valley of the Saline River you will see the vineyard of San Lorenzo wines, the medieval villages of Elice and Castilenti, and small suburbs with support businesses for the farmers in the area. The nearest neighbor is 200m away, so with the exception of the occasional friendly farmer on his tractor, you are able to enjoy the blissful peacefulness of country living.

Detached house, close to the center of the village of Capestrano, located in the Gran Sasso and Monti della Lega National Park. The house can be used all year round because it is equipped with every comfort and can be used by couples, families or groups thanks to its large spaces. The location is strategic for visiting both the mountains and the sea, with an equal distance in both cases. There is also a small outdoor patio that can also be used for a pleasant aperitif outdoors.

Glamping Abruzzo - The Yurt

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
