Studio is brand new, fully renovated and equipped with new and quality furniture. Special attention was paid to the comfort of the bed. The kitchen contains everything you need, and all devices are new and quality. The bathroom is comfort and light created for relaxation time. Rudy's Apartment Valdibora is a beautiful, light, spacious apartment in a building that is a real rarity in Rovinj. It is located in the port of Valdibora at the main entrance to the pedestrian zone and the city center. It can be accessed by car, and parking at an affordable price is behind the building. The apartment has a balcony with a beautiful sea view, lots of large windows, has just been renovated, equipped with new furniture.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

The Apartment Carducci is situated in the very center of Rovinj. The accomodation consists of 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. The living room and bedrooms are air-conditioned(cooling-heating). This winter(2018) we put double pane windows and balcony door to improove the insulation and reduce noise from the street.

Charming 200 year-old Istrian house in the old town of Žminj. It has a little yard and table where you can enjoy your morning coffee. The interior features many antique objects and furniture from when the house was last inhabited, 70+ years ago.
