On the ground floor with its own compact shower room adjacent, my double bedroom also has kitchenette facilities including sink, 2 ring hob, combination microwave oven with grill, kettle and toaster, fridge, washing machine and tumble dryer. The bedroom can be accessed via a private entrance at the side of this modern detached house located in a quiet side street. A good selection of continental breakfast items are provided to have in your room.
No.4 is close to the centre of Uppingham. You’ll love No.4 because of the views over open countryside at the back whilst being within a 5 minute walk of the towns restaurants and pubs. No.4 is good for couples and business travellers. Parking is unrestricted on the road outside. Pleasant Terrace is a Cul-De-Sac so no passing traffic and it is very quiet and peaceful at night.
Guests have use of an entire suite / a light, spacious bedroom in our annexe, just 10m from a 16th century Elizabethan cottage in the very heart of Stamford. (High St. is barely 1 min walk away but the street is quiet, as it is an access only road) The annexe has a private entrance with 2 secure locks. Parking- free on site or close-by. Private en-suite bathroom & shower. Wifi, TV, microwave, kettle & light breakfast are provided & guests are welcome to use our cottage kitchen & laundry.
