Loved my stay in orchid harbor. It was so beautiful, and the house was exactly what I needed. I loved walking to Cooks and watching the sunset. Everything was clean, tidy, and I would definitely stay again

The beach was right there. We played in the water most of the day. Then the beds were very comfortable while going to sleep listening to the waves.

We spent a wonderful, peaceful week at Susanne's place. The house was filled with art, which we love, and was incredibly comfortable. The view was outstanding. Susanne and Douglas were lovely. Susanne even shared the bounty from her garden while we were there--and sent us home with a bagful of produce. We felt so at home there and would love to return. We highly recommend it!

Our stay at Laurel Shore Cottage was just what we needed. The location was serene - and we spent most afternoons and evenings sitting on the porch soaking in the beautiful landscape and scenery. The cottage itself was uncluttered and comfortable and the host was very responsive.

Beautiful location. Kept the shades open at night so I could look at the reflection of the full moon off the water and the reflection of the sunrise in the morning. My dog Redd and I took the kayak out which was super fun. The place had everything we needed. The host was always super responsive. Will definitely be back!

I felt right at home here, and found this to be a heaven of refuge during a hectic wedding weekend. Jane accommodated my slightly early arrival with grace, which I appreciated. I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. This is indeed a light filled, cozy, comfortable apartment in a beautiful location.

We reserved Johns place because we love Popham Beach and wanted to be closer with our two dogs. His place is in a quiet fishing/oyster farming-working neighborhood. The views from the Airbnb are amazing, the house is a duplex, you could rent both sides for a large family gathering. The home has large sliding doors and windows on the front side facing the ocean (both lower and upper levels) lots of natural sunlight, I found the place to be very charming and authentic. There is a small cove and other trails within walking distance. We definitely would rent from John again. Our family enjoys low key kinda vacations. If you're looking for something off the beaten path and relaxing this is the place to stay. Theres even more of an amazing view on his second floor balcony where you can watch the eagles sore and the ocean sparkling like diamonds. I wouldn't mind renting it for 3 months each year. By far the nicest ocean view Airbnb I ever rented that was reasonably priced.

Loved the layout of the house. Great kitchen and master bedroom. Master bath a little cramped. Enjoyed the view and outdoor seating.

Our stay at 179 Dingley Island Rd was perfect. The house is lovely and the views from the family room and master bedroom warrant a painting. Staying in the master bedroom one awakens to picture windows framing the beautiful view plus your own sitting room. The kitchen is large and well appointed plus stocked with all the condiments and seasoning necessary. The Owner/Hostess also provides a welcome hamper including snacks, wine and cheese. The Owner/Hostess, Sally, deserves a special shoutout for her attention to detail and having the house well stocked with paper goods, cleaning up soap and detergent. All making supply shopping unnecessary. Sally, is also very responsive and although living next door we only saw her once when we invited her over to meet and chat the day before we departed. She is delightful and very knowledgeable of the area. We have vacationed in the Harpswells over 20 times and this is our new favorite house and we intend to return. A home away from home.

Rick and Lenore were great hosts, responded quickly and checked in on us to make sure we were enjoying our time. The location has a great view and is very tranquil and relaxing. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Absolutely wonderful accommodations-pictures don’t do justice to the scope of the view. Because the weather was perfect we basically spent our time on the porch watching the tide, birds and even had seal visitors at the shore. Kitchen had everything we needed and we made sure to bring plenty of food and bringing in lobster one night. Whole place was immaculate. Only issue was a little mustiness in the lower level.

We absolutely loved staying at this house! The views each morning waking up to sunrise were spectacular. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the deck, watching the lobster boats and wildlife. The house was comfortable, with a semi-open concept and cozy cabin vibes. I’m a writer, so I really enjoyed being able to spend the mornings working on my novel while watching the tides rise and fall between the islands. The nights were peaceful and beautiful as well, and we loved being able to gather around the fireplace and enjoy the moonlight on the ocean. We would definitely return to Charlie’s place to stay again!

This was exactly what I wanted, quiet, gorgeous, with a screened in porch to watch the water. Everything was as described. Check to make sure you like the location, because it's not super close to anything, but as a person looking for a peaceful spot on the water, this was superb. I'll be staying again.

We came up to drop our child at Bowdoin College, looking to spend a few days nearby to explore Maine. As a group of 6 people, ranging from 9yrs old to 61 years old, we fit perfectly well, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. Mark’s place exceeded our expectations. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms spacious and well-appointed. The kitchen has everything you could need or want. There is plenty of space, both indoor and outdoor, to spend the days and nights. Loads of boardgames. Wonderful round table for big family dinners, great fire pit for nighttime smores and hangouts, an ample porch that is well furnished and comfortable. The house sits at the end of the road and is quiet and peaceful and surrounded by the sea. The children loved going down to the private mini-beach / shore to explore and find treasures (shells, sea glass, hermit crabs) at low tide. There’s loads to do : 2 wonderful and ample beaches within 10 mins; charming town of Bath 15 min drive. This house is worth it!

We love Harpswell and Timothy's home is a real gem. The house is beautiful and so comfortable! The view from the deck is absolutely amazing. We had a great week--we especially enjoyed kayaking. Timothy was so friendly and answered all my questions. We hope to return!

Our stay here was amazing, the house is adorable and the views are stunning. The pool was the perfect temperature and the whole family was in the pool every day, plus the views from the pool were pretty remarkable. Sherri was a great host and super communicative and helpful. The house is set up perfectly for a large group with cute little restaurants a short car ride or boat ride away. We will definitely be back!

We stayed for a week in 2 of the cabins for a family vacation. We were so impressed with the welcome we received, the goodies provided on arrival and the immediate responses from Bob when we needed anything. We enjoyed learning the history of the properties, lovingly restored by Bob and Rebecca, and taking short walks on the trails. The cabins are located down a private dead end road which is very peaceful. We were able to take walks round the golf community and had breakfast several times at the Pilot House on Sebasco Resort. We ordered groceries in advance from Shaw’s grocery store in Bath and picked them up en route from Portland. There is a small grocery store in Phippsburg too. The binder in the cabins provides lots of local information that was really helpful and we went to the beach at Popham State Park, spent a day in the historic town of Bath and bought lobsters locally at North Cove Lobster which we cooked on 4th July. We highly recommend these quaint cabins!

We had a great stay at the point. Everything is wonderful and the pictures don’t do it justice. The house has everything you need and there’s a lot of fun activities and dining in the area. Heather is very responsive and helped answer questions very quickly! Would highly recommend this place and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.
