Just like the listing. Great views. Clean and stocked. Nice host. Wonderful quiet beach. The offering of beach chairs and umbrellas (and other beach stuff) was helpful. Cute coffee bar was a nice touch. You can hear road noise at night from the bedrooms but that’s expected for the area/location.

We had a great anniversary weekend! Scott’s apartment was just right for us! I appreciate all the little extras! Cookies, coffee, chips, popcorn, & a toothbrush! And it was just a short walk to the beautiful beach!

Would highly recommend! Stayed here for ~3 weeks and felt right at home. The place is clean and comfortable. Nice deck. Great location. Channon was very quick to respond to messages! Would definitely stay here again!!

I have a Great Dane and Mark went above and beyond our expectations. The location was perfect, and the guest next door Steve and his girlfriend were great neighbors. Hoping to be back next year. Rick and Pearl.

Perfect condo spot for us to spend a few days at the beach. Condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Loved the balcony overlooking the pool and canal, nice area to walk our dog (and so glad we could bring her!) and easy walk across the street to the beach. We LOVE Mexico Beach and would stay at this condo again in a heartbeat.

We had a great experience and hope to be back soon for a longer stay.

Ricky’s place felt like home away from home. It was a perfect weekend stay while in town for our daughter’s soccer tournament. The apt was very clean and had everything we needed. (Fresh towels, blankets, plugs, kitchen/bathroom supplies, nice kitchen setup, coffee, etc) Ricky was there quickly to help with any requests. The pull out bed was set up for our daughter upon arrival. A++ host. Ricky did everything to make our stay easy and comfortable. Apartment is attached to host’s home but still felt private & was quiet throughout our stay. Front garden and koi pond is beautiful! Would definitely book again! Thx Ricky and family!

Hannah was a great host! The apartment was SPOTLESS. You could walk barefoot without a speck of sand on your feet. She was super responsive when we asked a question too. We come here yearly to visit family and this would be a place we come back too. I can’t recommend this place enough or her enough! This is the kind of host everyone should be :)

This was a last minute get away with the kids to the beach, for Spring break. The house was very nice, quiet, and clean. I will recommend this house. This will be our stay for Panama Beach everytime. Would be nice to have outside lawn chairs on the bottom. Other then that love it 5 star with us!

My family had a wonderful time at January’s place. We were looking for accommodations in/near PCB that kept us from the spring break crowds but still had a lot to offer. St Andrews didn’t disappoint. Everything is walkable from the house. PCB was a quick drive away. We also made it to Rosemary Beach and easily could have visited Destin if we had a little more time. We loved it so much we extended our stay a day. January’s home is very clean and cozy, and she’s a responsive and accommodating host. Her guidebook is a great reference to all the area has to offer as well. I’d definitely recommend her home if you’re looking for a more low key PCB experience. Perfect for a family of 3 or 4 :)

Beautiful spacious home right across the street from beach access. Great location with Exxon and dollar general (groceries) and food trucks all within a block away. Came with all the beach gear you could need. Do bring your own toiletries. Pictures and description didn’t do this beach house justice. It’s gorgeous and each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom except for the one on main level with kitchen isn’t attached to bedroom.

I stayed here for a week while I worked in town. It is a dream! Very quiet and peaceful location. The beds are a dream! 💭 The kitchen is beautifully updated and has all the things you might need. The A/C works great (I am hot-natured) and the lock and unlock app for the door is very convenient. It’s so nice to have a full kitchen and laundry facilities when staying in town for a full week. Would 100% recommend and I would stay again if the need arises. Thanks again!

This was the second time we stayed at this location and we really enjoyed it. The people who own other condos are always nice and have made some new friends. Not to far from the beach just a couple of blocks away not a bad walk. Planning to rent again when work permits.

The condo had everything we needed, including an ice maker!!! It was spacious and had easy access to the pool and beach. We loved it!

Loved being right off the beach and the chair service that came with the room. It allowed us to always have a designated spot on the beach with shade. Lots of great activities within 15 minutes of the Airbnb, beds and furniture were comfortable and host were friendly and responsive. Would recommend!

We loved staying at Lisa’s condo! It’s exactly as pictured - modern, clean, comfortable, and it even smells fresh and inviting when you walk in. The digital locks made check-in and access super easy, no keys to keep track of, which was a nice bonus. Being on the ground floor was also a big plus. No stairs or elevators to deal with, and parking is right outside either the front or back door, making it super convenient for unloading luggage or beach gear. The location is fantastic! Beach access #7 is just a short stroll away, less than a 2-minute walk with no busy streets to cross, which made it feel safe and easy. We also loved being close to Schooners beachfront restaurant, just a few blocks away with a fun volleyball court out front. Lisa is a fantastic host. We were arriving a bit early, and Lisa was kind enough to have the condo ready for us so we could check in ahead of time. She was incredibly responsive and helpful during our stay. Thank you Lisa!

Rebecca’s place was great! Nice and quiet location ! Rebecca was very responsive and gave clear instructions about everything. We enjoyed and had a great relaxing time.

We had a great stay at Jessica’s place! The view was gorgeous. Everything was clean. Bed was comfy, couch was comfy. Having two bathrooms were great for a family of 6 using them. I like the simplicity of the decor. Loved having the beach service provided to us! Our family felt safe the entire stay. We took family pictures at St. Andrew’s state park which was gorgeous. Jessica was great to communicate with. She was very responsive and quick to respond back. We were last minute scheduling our vacation and was worried about not finding something within our budget and this place was perfect for us, the condo and the price both. We would definitely stay at Jessica’s place again! R & J Biggers🩷
