Whether you're coming for a Denison visit or to spend time in the quaint New England village of Granville, relax at this private apartment with an outdoor firepit next to a private pond. It's an excellent location and area for a bike ride, exploring the village, and just a walk or run through the Denison Bio Reserve (trailhead across the street) to head to a Big Red game. And the end of day? A peaceful retreat.

Welcome to the Oak Ridge House. Just 5 miles North of I-70 and 5 miles south of State Rt.16. Our tree cover hillside is very close to Flint Ridge Nature Preserve and about 15 minutes from The Virtues Golf Club, Black Hand Gorge Nature Preserve and Sand Hollow Winery. It's a three bedroom home on 2 acres, one king size bed, one queen size bed, and the third room is a sitting room / hang out space with a futton. The enclose back porch is a great hangout space but is not heated. Gov. ID required.
