Three bedrooms and two extra queen sofa beds, modern kitchen and bathroom, large laundry, games room with foosball, table, Netflix and Wii gaming console. Entertainer's delight with huge deck with water views and BBQ. It's 50 metres from historic Tanilba House just metres from a beach famous for its incredible sunsets.

Unique getaway for two. Experience modern comfort in one of NSW’s most sought after destinations for that perfect weekend or mid-week break! “The Pool House” is a pet friendly modern one bedroom guest house & pool for guests exclusive use at the rear of the main dwelling one street back from the waterfront at Port Stephens, Australia’s Blue Water Paradise. The waterfront reserve is a 2 min walk away, continue along the foreshore and in 10 min you can be in the hub of Lemon Tree Passage where you will find the boat launching ramp, park, tidal pool, Marina, Laundromat, Cafés/Restaurants, Post Office, Chemist, Butchers & Bottle Shop!

Situated a 2-minute stroll from the calm clear waters of Little Beach at Nelson Bay in Port Stephens, this ground floor apartment has everything you need to enjoy a peaceful break away from your everyday. Swim or jump off the jetty at Little Beach, take a short 600 metre walk to the crystal-clear waters of Shoal Bay or visit Nelson Bay Marina and shops (a 5-minute drive or a 2 kilometre walk). Our family getaway is walking distance to the village centre (with a grocery store, family-style restaurants and the local pub) and a quick car ride away from Birubi and One Mile Beach. At home you can spend time by the pool, relax in the outdoor entertaining space, sleep in quality beds and cook with everything you need for a delicious feast. Our place is good for couples, families (with kids), small groups up to 8 people, and furry friends (pets).

A tree change and sea change all in one. Medowie is the place of tall trees and is only a 30 minute drive from picturesque Nelson Bay. Newcastle airport is a 10 minute drive away and Newcastle city is only a 40 minute drive or a 5 minute ferry ride from the Stockton ferry terminal. A great way to avoid the drive into town, the ferry terminal is a short 20 minute drive from Medowie and Stockton beach is also a great place for beach activities.
