This Victorian Terrence house is located at 1 MEROM ROW, in GAS LANE, SALISBURY. SP2 7AF. Please note that 1 GAS LANE is another private property and separate from this air b and b. It is close to the railway station, with the Stonehenge bus stop situated there, plus walking distance to the Salisbury Cathedral and the city centre. On street parking is available between 8am and 6pm via a permit and this can be obtained from Kevin. There is a near by small local supermarket, chippy and Chinese.

Our home is located in a quiet and peaceful area of Salisbury within comfortable walking distance of Salisbury City Centre, the Market Square and the train station (where you’ll be able to visit neighbouring towns and cities as well as catch the tour bus to visit the iconic Stonehenge). From our home you will stroll into the medieval market Square through Fisherton Street which is packed with lots of unique and independent shops, restaurants and bars as well as the Fisherton Mill art gallery.

River Forge is self contained detached accommodation directly on the River Avon overlooking fields, the Cathedral beyond and only a short walk to the city centre. Originally the Blacksmith's forge for the adjacent Rose and Crown inn, it has been superbly converted to provide single storey living space with open plan bedroom, lounge, dining and kitchen area with ensuite shower and toilet facilities. Bifold doors open out onto a riverside verandah and patio area with outdoor dining facilities.

Round the corner you can access the meadows which is a pleasant place for walking, from here you can walk all the way up to old Sarum. Stonehenge is approx a 15 min drive. There is parking at the rear of the property for 2 cars back to back.
