Blue Garden is a brand new project in our mediterranean organic olive garden with private access to the beach. Here you can connect with nature and enjoy tranquility and privacy. The Houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables. The project is stil in development.

This private deluxe studio is located on the ground floor with a lovely sitting backyard surounded with flowers and fruit trees. Within few steps/seconds you are at the main square of Kokkari village, the port, beaches, restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, Pharmacy, grocery shops, backery shop, rental cars, motorbikes, scooters, ATM machines, a bus stop and free parking places. It was renovated in 2020 and is designed in a traditional - modern taste. The architecture is unique and natural.

Beach House

Unique property sits on a small rock surrounded by sea. Perfect for couples, small groups of friends and families, fully equipped with kitchen, washer/dryer. Tourism here is laid back. The island itself has plenty to explore, excellent hiking through picturesque mountain villages, ancient ruins, museums, galleries and day trips to Turkey -not to mention the stunning beaches. Angie's little studio

This is a cosy small studio with a beautiful view to the beach. It has everything a guest needs such as an air condition and appliances, cupboards, wardrobe, small bathroom with a window, a desk, chairs and a double bed . The guests can also sit in the front garden of the main house which has a bench and table if they wish. Wi fi, cable TV, Netflix and parking space are also provided. It is ideal for one or two individuals
