Siamo in pieno centro storico. Casa indipendente, con spettacolare vista panoramica(circa 90 gradini per arrivare, tipici a Modica), luminosa e arredata con cura. Terrazzino, living con divano, cucina a vista e tavolo da pranzo. Due camere da letto, una con un grande letto(tatami con futon) e vista stupenda, l'altra più piccola (tatami con futon)e una finestra alta. Due bagni con spaziose docce. WIFI free, aria condizionata, lavanderia. Vicina a caffè, ristoranti, mercato, negozi di alimentari.

The house is in a strategic location, just 250 meters from the beach and about a 10-minute walk from the village center. While everything is easily reachable on foot, the house is set in a quieter, more peaceful area, away from the summer hustle and bustle of the center, where parking can often be a challenge.
