My friends and I loved it! We had 6 couples so we had the whole house. The beds comfortable and the furniture and space were perfect. The backyard was amazing. Room for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. The only recommendation I can say is the bedroom that you have to go through the bathroom to get to the hallway should be retrofitted to add a door to the hallway just something to think about. We will book again next year regardless it was beautiful 😍 Also thanks to Karen she was very helpful.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Bethany was incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting the area!

Enjoyable and relaxing stay at the bungalow. The place was very well kept, the best part is large deck, my son loved being able to fish day and night, caught 10+ fish (stripped bass and catfish) would definitely return just for the views and fishing

My family and I had a wonderful short stay. The host was responsive and helpful, and the home was beautifully maintained. We would be happy to stay here again.

Gerardo and Isabel were wonderful hosts, super friendly, nice and helpful! The place was great and I loved the location! After exploring Modesto for the day, from what I saw, it was in what was by far my favorite part of the city. I feel like we totally lucked out choosing this airbnb!

My second time staying here and I will be back again. Lisa goes above and beyond every time, leaves personal things for us and the house is so clean and beautiful. I just love it, it’s a home away from home

Sergio was great; his responses were fast and easy-going. The house was perfect, situated in a good area near parks and stores, and I truly enjoyed my stay. The kids had a fantastic time, as the location was convenient. They especially loved playing in the backyard. I appreciated having a fridge and three spacious bedrooms for my little family. We enjoyed relaxing together while watching TV in all the rooms. The spacious home provided a wonderful environment for me and the kids to unwind. We will definitely come back again!

Team Citron & Mellow Yellow crew have been coming to Koket for over 25 years!! Our kids have grown up frolicking in the Sac Delta. We have seen many an owner of Koket Resort and Angel & hubs & son are by far the BEST. THANK YOU!!! There have been so many wonderful upgrades to campground. This trip we rented Bliss and a tent spot! We were absolutely wowed with the Bliss Houseboat!!! Anchors & Mermaid decore...extremely well appointed in kitchen and rooftop bar area. We had an absolute blast!!! We will definately be back. Thank you Angel!
