Our rustic home is on a quiet stretch of beach. Two roomy upstairs bedrooms have full baths. The third upstairs bedroom has half bath. Downstairs has open floor plan. Great outdoor covered patios are featured both upstairs and downstairs. The pool has no lifeguard so use at your own risk) A separate detached bedroom with queen bed, half bath, and airconditioning is available for an extra $20 daily. Please make arrangements with Daniel if you would like any meals prepared during your stay.

Be on the Beach! This Villa is built right outside of the protected beach zone for Manuel Antonio making it only steps away from the most sought after beach in Costa Rica! Right now we also have a construction discount as well. We are usually 100 percent booked at 495, but they are building next door so we are offering huge discounts! They usually only work sometimes from 8-5 Monday through Friday, which is usually when you will be at the beach or enjoying all the areas activities!

For their safety, we ask our guests to arrive before sundown. the roads are in good state, but not well illuminated.
