Ferienunterkünfte in San Juan Chilateca

I had a short stay here but it was wonderful! The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. They greeted me upon arrival with some fresh lemonade and corn, which was lovely (and fresh fruit the following day). They provided some local recommendations and restaurants to visit. The place was unique and has a nice patio and rooftop with amazing views of the city. I loved the area, there were so many shops & restaurants within walking distance with lots going on and other things to see. The hosts were flexible with check-in and offered me a ride to the airport when I left. I highly recommend this place :)

Unbelieveble accomodation for the Price. Location is Fine Host is nice and the property is enormous. Do Play Hide and seek in the house!

El alojamiento es tal y como se ve en las fotos, muy auténtico, si bien tiene algo de ruido por las noches. ¡Las anfitrionas son encantadoras! Detallazo dejarnos varias garrafas de agua para beber y una botella de mezcal como obsequio. Están pendientes de todo y nos facilitaron mucho también el check-in y check-out. La ubicación es buena, a unos 25 minutos caminando del centro, y en los alrededores hay varias cafeterías y restaurantes.

Beautiful and quiet bungalow in an absolutely stunning location. I was there at the tail end of the dry season and it was gorgeous but you also could see all thru the neighborhood, especially at the little scenic area on the corner, how breathtakingly beautiful everything must be when it rains and there is running water in the stream and fountains. Altogether, this has to be one of my favorite places I have ever stayed. Pamela was very kind and very flexible, which made all of the difference in the world with me arriving on an early morning flight into Oaxaca. I felt safe and loved listening to the sounds of nature at night with the windows open. It was also very easy to hop on the road to go anywhere else I wanted to go for the day, including Hierve el Agua, Mitla, Monte Alban and the zocalo in the city center. I would highly recommend Pamela's place as a must stay if visiting Oaxaca!

We stayed at Sara’s beautiful home from April 1-6. I would describe the spaces as “Quiet Luxury”. The photos simply do not do justice to the lush gardens and gorgeous spaces. Sara was attentive and most thoughtful with every detail, and was in touch with us every day regarding our daily needs like restaurant recommendations, reserving a taxi etc. The moment you open the gate and walk in, you feel as if you have been transported to another world, in another time. My partner and I cannot wait to spend time in Sara’s home again – hopefully soon!

The hosts were really responsive and very nice people. The neighborhood is near a lot of small local restaurants and businesses which is convenient. The bus station to go to the center is only about 5 minutes walk away. Overall it was a good stay.

Jose was a great host. He was very responsive, attentive and replied in a timely manner. We had left the window open and the wind accidentally closed and locked the bathroom door but Jose sent someone to help us immediately. The house was very clean and spacious. The location was also perfect because everything around it was walkable and the neighborhood felt safe. Overall would definitely stay again!

Très joli appartement dans une petite résidence de 6 logements récemment rénovée. Agréable piscine et terrasse commune. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et toujours disponibles pour aider ou donner des renseignements. Le quartier est top. Nous reviendrons sûrement!

La casa es muy bella, moderna, funcional, segura y minimalista en su decoracion. Las fotos del lugar NO estan photoshopeadas como en otros Airbnbs, lo cual fue fantastico, nada de sorpresas desagradables! Todos los electrodomesticos funcionan y son modernos. Todo estaba limpio y ordenado. La entrada de auto tiene porton automatico, lo cual es super eficiente. Como esta rodeada de jardin, se escuchan los pajaros, lo cual es bello y a la noche se ven muchas estrellas (lo cual es un deleite para los que venimos de la ciudad :-) El area es tranquila, esta alrededor de 20 minutos del centro en auto. Los vecinos son amistosos y ayudan como buenos vecinos (muy linda experiencia). Helena es una super anfitriona, ayuda mucho y es un encanto. Super recomiendo este lugar!
