I enjoyed my stay at the Sabe Center and I would stay again. Most of the things we did were in walking distance and it was a nice location.

New apartment with all the comforts you can imagine, view from the balcony of the city. Also exceptional location 1 km from Paseo la Galeria and Shopping del Sol. Highly recommended!

Beautiful appartement in very cosy neighborhood. very safe building with all amenities. The communication with Moran was great and smooth. Everything worked perfectly good. I enjoyed the fitness while my family were at the swimming pool. Absolutely recommended!!!!

Great place to stay in Asunción! Room with lot's of space good location and Andares del Agua with a lot o amenities. Sure I will stay here in my next trips to Paraguay.

Es perfecto para trabajar y para turismo. Espacioso, bien ubicado, está muy equipado, con mucha luz y una bonita vista al río. Y la comunicación con la anfitriona genial.

The apartment was great and the location really convenient. Biggie (convince store) was good for stocking up on essentials. The apartment and entire building were clean. The building was quiet with no disruptive noise. We especially enjoyed the shared rooftop pool with amazing views over Asuncion.

Great house, nice and convenient location, felt very secure. Tomás as very responsive…a few minor issues were solved right away! Only wish is the the beautiful pool had been warm enough to use.

Tercera vez que nos alojamos en esta casa. Es muy cómoda y amplia. Cerca de supermercados, shopping, restaurante. Ideal para venir con niños. Venimos siempre a ver a la familia, y los espacios que tiene la casa son ideales para compartir ya sea al interior o exterior. Vicente(el cuidador) muy amable y siempre con buena disposición para ayudar en lo que se necesite.

La casa es muy linda y está muy bien equipada. No hay muchas cosas cerca pero llega muy bien delivery y Uber. Lo único que no me gustó es que tiene una cámara en el comedor dnd también está el sillón cama y me pareció invasivo.

Fantástica experiencia desde la llegada hasta la salida. Las camas son confortables y el baño excelente. La cocina no utilizamos pero estaba completa y ordenada. Los aires split funcionan muy bien. El living amplio y cómodo. Ana nos dió indicaciones y recomendaciones de la zona que fueron muy apreciadas y en todo momento se preocupa por que los huéspedes éste y pasen bien.

Espaço muito agradável. Arquitetura um mistura do antigo com moderno. Super completo. Espaçoso Recomendo: Apenas falta garagem. É um imóvel antigo reformado que fica no centro da capital Asuncion. Carro ficou sem problemas na rua, porém nem sempre havia vaga.

Íamos ficar 5 dias e nos mudar para um apto mais próximo do meu trabalho. Entretanto, ficamos 14 dias. O ambiente extremamente agradável e confortável nos conquistou! O apto tinha todos os utensílios necessários e o pessoal da portaria (24h) sempre muito solícito! Nota 10!

Ótima estadia em família. Apartamento novo e bem equipamento conforme as fotos. Bairro calmo, vista maravilhosa da sacada e de todos os quartos. Recomendamos o espaço!

Ethel's place was fantastic. It is in a great location, close to great restaurants, shopping, etc. The air conditioning worked well, a mini-split in every room. The bedding was comfortable. I will stay here again if I visit Asuncion.

Olha recomendo a todos, cheguei no local, limpeza impecável, local seguro, com porteiro 24 horas, sempre atento e quem entra, muito bom para dormir calmo e muita árvore ao redor, ar condicionado perfeito, voltarei em breve...
