An unusual place, spacious with great views, but there is noise from the street and the motorcycle dealer across the street. The AC works great, it's close to some good restaurants, a short tukuk ride from the airport. Recommended for a long layover.

Luis was very attentive and responsive, he made it easy to check in and check out. The house is very comfortable and on a quiet street but close to anything you might want to do in tarapoto.

Nuestra estancia en Pucaquiro wasi fue excepcional. Las instalaciones eran impecables, muy cómodas. Los servicios abundantes y de alta calidad, y el trato de Lupe y Juan fue inmejorable. Hasta nos esperaron con 3 papayas y un adaptador de enchufes para que podamos cargar nuestos celulares. Gracias!! Nos sentimos realmente muy bien atendidos y cada detalle superó nuestras expectativas. Sin duda, volveremos y lo recomendaremos a otros. ¡Gracias por hacer de nuestra estancia una experiencia inolvidable!

They guided us all the way to the property and welcomed us with such warmth that we instantly felt at home. The place itself is a peaceful haven—beautifully designed, immaculately clean, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. You can really tell that so much care and thought has gone into every single detail. Honestly, the photos don’t come close to capturing how stunning it is in real life! The staff were beyond wonderful—genuinely kind, attentive, and always eager to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality made our stay feel truly special. We stayed at Kevin’s house, and it was absolutely worth it! He welcomed us with warmth and kindness, making us feel right at home. We spent a peaceful night chatting on a small terrace that felt cozy and familiar. We really enjoyed the connection with nature, it truly felt like we were living as locals among our neighbors! We took a walk to grab a light dinner, far from the touristy areas, and that experience was unique. It gave us a real taste of local life in Sauce, and we loved it! I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a warm, welcoming stay that makes you feel like a local. This is exactly where you need to be!
