L'abitazione é al 3 piano di un tipico palazzo veneziano del'500. La posizione é strategica, il quartiere é tranquillo, ma vicinissimo alla via principale "Strada Nova" e al Canal Grande. A due passi dalle fermate del trasporto pubblico "Ca' d'Oro" e "Fondamente Nove", da cui si raggiungono comodamente S.Marco, S.Lucia, P.le Roma, Murano, Burano, Lido. Nella vicina "Fondamenta della Misericordia", troverete molti ristoranti (tipico, pizza, wine bar, mex, orient, etc) ed una vivace vita notturna.

Bellissima camera da letto, con bagno privato e ingresso indipendente con porta blindata. A meno di 5 minuti a piedi da Piazzale Roma o dalla stazione. Si trova al II' piano del palazzetto, ha soffitti alti con travi a vista e pavimento in legno. Gli impianti e gli arredi sono nuovi, comodi e moderni. La stanza, luminosa e ventilata, si affaccia su una tipica corte veneziana. Dal 1570 ad oggi, ogni domenica mattina alle 10.30 i canti gregoriani dal vivo e l'incenso arrivano dentro casa. No AC.
