Corner house was perfect for what we needed, clean, great location, and fast communication from hosts!

Tilly was very friendly and understanding as our host. The house was exactly as described and suited our family perfectly. We would definitely visit again

Lots of free parking in the vicinity. Handy for a no frills stay.

Had a lovely few days in Selsey House had everything we needed for 3 adults and 2 kids - very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen is well kitted out too. Other pluses for us were the nearby playground and we loved the fish & chips shop and the fishmongers over the road. Lovely walks along the promenade and popped to West Wittering for a sandy beach day.

We had a great stay at The Old Stables, we had fantastic weather so could take full advantage of the bifold doors being open and using the outside areas. Beds were very comfy and great showers and everything there that we needed for 4 adults. The place was so nicely furnished and clean. Bosham about 8 mins away and The 'Witterings' within 20 minutes. Would love to return!

No complaints from staff staying in location, was lovely when I popped in, only issue was a shower head missing but Joe rectified this quickly. The guide book on the house left was really useful, was a bit stuck with the boiler not being on long enough but book explained how to turn it on etc so was really useful. Location was good and space was very large, especially for Chichester. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely place to stay, clean, comfortable with everything you need. Great location short walk to the coast, short drive to the new forest. We all had a fab mini break, dogs loved the walks

At first I didn’t want to write a review as I didn’t want anyone else to know how great this little place is - location is ideal, parking is a gem, the inside space is just perfect and the hosts great at communicating

Fabulous home for family’s, especially great for younger children and babies. Couldn’t fault the home or garden, even the pool was warm enough for the kids.

Very homely and very well stocked caravan. Nice and quiet when we stayed. Parking space at the side big enough for 2 cars. Samantha was very helpful and very responsive to messages. Activity passes included making this a very reasonably priced place to stay.

The caravan had everything we needed and was really well stocked. Perfect play to stay with our dog and very reasonable priced. It was sited in a lovely peaceful part of the park with bridle paths accessed easily nearby. Excellent communication with Emily, and we were even able to check in early which was fab. Thank you so much Emily!

We booked this for 3 nights for a last minute break in the Easter Holidays. It was a lovely space for a family of 4 with everything we needed. The holiday park itself is very clean with plenty to do. You will need to pay for a pass to use the facilities (including the restaurant) which worked out £100 for a family of 4. The indoor swimming pool got very busy, however, I think this was because the outdoor pool wasn't open yet and it was a bit chilly for the beach - so I imagine that during the summer people spread out a bit more! We booked the The Beachcomber restaurant for our first evening. The food was ok but it was a fun place to eat as a little robot brings your food over. Overall, we had a lovely break and we would probably return in the future.

We spent a fabulous Easter weekend at Driftwood Cottage. Catharine was an excellent host and was extremely easy to deal with. The house is spacious, modern, and very well equipped. The use of the kayaks was a bonus we hadn’t really considered beforehand but turned out to be a real highlight. The location is amazing. Right next to the ferry terminal but you wouldn’t know it when you’re at the house. The views up the creek at stunning. Highly recommended.

We made a last minute booking and Andy was extremely helpful with information and advice, and was very quick to respond to messages. He went over and above to make sure our stay was a good one. The accommodation was very comfortable and convenient and easy to find. Great location opposite a large grassy space with goal posts which was perfect for our kids. Would definitely recommend.

Had such a wonderful stay at the lodge, beautiful surroundings overlooking the lake, just stunning and the hot tub was a great edition. Lovely bottle of Prosecco waiting for us on arrival as well which was a nice touch.

A really comfortable relaxing place to stay with all the family.Such a perfect spot for visiting lots of key spots plus a beautiful walking area. Lot’s of great pubs and restaurants too. Seeing the wild deer and ponies was such a joy.

A fantastic stay! Peaceful with plenty of walks right on the doorstep. Well equppied cottage and perfect for our dog too. Would definitely recommend!

We were absolutely delighted to stay at this fabulously equipped and clean caravan. As soon as we arrived, we were taken with how well cared for it was. There were small details thought of, including a little welcome basket with an easter treat and decorations, which delighted the children. We have stayed in many Airbnb's over the years, but what stood out here was the attention to detail, including an extensive portfolio of suggested outings, restaurants and amenities. The park itself was charming, again well maintained. Our only comment with the Hobourne facilities was that the outdoor pool was closed for the majority of our stay, so we feel our leisure pass was not put to full use unfortunately. We also questioned Hobourne's decision for a day of noisy tree cutting during the Easter holiday! But that's nit picking. Would wholeheartedly recommend this Airbnb, we certainly will rebook. We have just spent the Easter weekend at this wonderful cottage - 4 adults and 2 children under 6 years old, and I have to say that Joel & Gaby’s place near the new forest is absolutely fabulous. Very spacious and ideal if you are looking for a getaway with a hot tub and table tennis in the garden. The cottage is in a great location, about 10 min drive to Paultons Park with peppa pig world so an absolute must for kids. It’s also not far from the new forest itself and Lyndhurst town. It was really tidy & clean, with a well equipped kitchen and bathrooms stocked with fresh towels. We were left a lovely gift on arrival of fresh bread, milk, eggs and a bottle of Prosecco which was an absolute treat! I couldn’t recommend this cottage more - thank you Joel & Gaby we had a fabulous time and would stay again in future.

If you want a peaceful location that’s spotlessly clean then this is the place. Caroline was a fab host who was there if needed. Perfect location for both the Forest and the coast. We will definitely return.

This is our second stay at James property. It is so quiet and peaceful with a lovely large enclosed garden where are dogs are free to roam. The bed is super comfortable and property is very well equipped. It is a great base from which to explore the island. James lives in the adjoining property and met us on arrival and is easily contactable should the need arise. A lovely place to stay and one we will continue to use when we visit our friends who live on the island.

We have just had a lovely stay at the caravan. The area is so peaceful and rural down a long track and there are sheep, cows and chickens which are lovely to see out the window. Nice little garden area for our dog and the caravan itself was very spacious and clean. Debbie was so nice and helpful with check in times etc and she checked in to see if all was ok during our stay. We would love to come back to explore more of the island! Thank you Debbie.

We’ve had a really nice mini break. The accommodation and location made it for us. We would highly recommend. I cannot wait to travel back to the New Forest.
