The guest suite is located on the lower level of our home and has a private entrance with a smart lock for a fully contactless check-in experience. NO CLEANING FEE - Although we don't charge a cleaning fee, our cleaners work very hard to provide a clean place for our guests. THIS IS NOT AN ENTIRE HOUSE. This is a terrace-level guest SUITE in a home in a nice neighborhood with many high end homes. Very safe and quiet location with no thru traffic. King size bed. Your own private driveway & entrance. While not 100% soundproof from, both upstairs and downstairs have quiet time between 10 pm and 7 am. No parties allowed.
