It has a large living space, bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bath with walk in closet. You are 3 mile drive from City of Greenville, 1 mile to Swamp Rabbit Trail, 2 miles to Travelers Rest & Furman is a short walk. It does not have a kitchen, but is equipped with microwave, toaster, Keurig, a regular small coffee pot, kettle & small refrigerator. Utensils and flatware provided.

2:1 Bunkroom Bungalow - Run Down Area

Caution: Several Guests have noted and given low reviews due to the neighborhood: "neighborhood was run down" "surrounding area was a little uncomfortable" "unfortunately, the area that kills the charm of the unit" This bungalow is an 8 minutes uber to downtown. "The neighborhood was better than it appears and we did not feel unsafe during our stay" The house is not in a gentrified neighborhood. There are nicer listings in nicer areas at a higher price point. This house is a budget option.

Located in a quiet space with parking right beside the cottage. We are a straight shot to downtown Greenville in about 6-7 minutes. A State Park Pass is available for guest use. All the coffee essentials are provided. My goal is for you to unwind and enjoy everything Greenville has to offer!

The Cottage at Old Oaks Farm

Built in the early 1900's, this serene cottage is located approximately one mile from Furman University at the base of Paris Mt. It has been lovingly improved, but the floors are a bit slanted and no corner is exactly square. Located in a neighborhood on a five acre farm, it consists of three large rooms, comfortably furnished and lots of natural light. The cottage is convenient to downtown Greenville(5 miles),Travelers Rest, Furman, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. No pet fee or cleaning fee.
