Cindy was a wonderful, attentive host. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. It was especially ideal for our travels with our dog.

The casa was very comfortable and relaxing. The bed was comfortable and offered a good night’s sleep. The location is very quiet. I appreciated the small extra touches like water, half and half, and wine in the fridge. Also, coffee and tea made me feel right at home. I was able to relax and sleep well. Thank you!

My fiancé and I were looking for an intimate and quiet place to stay for the weekend without a long drive from the city. The casita was perfect! It was cozy, clean and very romantic. The wood burning fireplace was great to have since there was about 6” of snow our first night. We will definitely stay here again. CJ was very friendly and communicated with us before and after the stay. 5 STARS!

Really enjoyed our stay in this real adobe home! Especially appreciated the great story about the property and how it was acquired by Cary’s grandparents. We had only a short 2 night stay but I felt like this information colored my experience, it stayed on my mind as I was using the space and made it more special. The apartment is spacious, beautifully furnished and decorated with antiques and charming hand-painted murals. Would recommend to anybody who wants to experience adobe living!

This AirBnB is a wonderful treasure!! It is very comfortable, extremely clean, so many details have been thought of that make it easy to feel at home, the list of amenities is really too numerous to count and the hosts are extremely responsive and friendly!! They are just so hospitable, right down to the whip cream for the hot chocolate bar!!

This place was amazing! I stayed for two nights and the location was perfect. The restaurant in walking distance is amazing and the neighborhood is very cute.

The studio really is as beautiful as the photos! I loved the bright colors and details Vanya added to the space. The bed was very comfortable and we didn’t experience any nighttime noise from the neighbor. We had everything we needed to make breakfast. I appreciate Vanya’s commitment to reducing waste by offering recycling and composting, as well as reusable napkins/paper towels. She also gave us lots of local restaurant recommendations. I would certainly stay here again!

Great little home for our stay. Love the private entrance and location was central to just about everything we wanted to do. Nice, safe neighborhood. Host was very responsive and helpful when our arrival was delayed. Highly recommended staying here.

I had a wonderful stay with Paul. He was very kind and responsive, but the back of the house where the guest rooms are afford a lot of privacy. He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, even offering to wash my dishes when he saw me making dinner outside, returning them in a bag outside my door with a few sweet treats. There was plenty of room for parking, and the Airbnb was only a short drive from the city, and only 10 minutes away from the Hyatt Tamaya where I was attending a conference. I would stay again and recommend others to do so as well.

Loved our stay! Will definitely be back next year :). Sitting on the porch at night is beautiful. And the couch mattress topper makes sleeping in the couch comfortable!

Our hosts were very responsive and proactive in communicating with us. The location was divine w great views. We were thrilled when we arrived at how spotless everything was. The kitchen area was wonderful, the bed comfy, and the hot water instant. We really appreciated details like napkins on the table, comfy throws to snuggle in, the ability of the television to rotate, charging portals on the couch, and super quiet. We will strive to stay here again when in Albuquerque.

Good stay thank you, only small thing is wish he provided body lotion , shower cap and better coffee. Also the soap in the shower was empty.

This place was the perfect cozy and warm spot for a weekend getaway, it had the cutest little space the walk up to the room was cute the mini kitchen had all you could need and the best part was the hot tub, a perfect spot to relax after being out all day at the plaza just a couple minutes down the road the hot tub had a nice view of the stars and I’ve never felt more relaxed!

This space was the perfect retreat for a weary hiker! It was adorable, clean, comfortable, and the Casita had everything I needed as an out of town traveler with a very hectic schedule. I was able to rest, recharge, relax & I enjoyed the serenity & peace of this cozy Casita before an early flight the next morning. Maura & Andre's space had so many thoughtful & considerate touches that I'll be sure to return the next time I'm in or near ABQ. Thank you for such a lovely stay! Your kindness, hospitality, and traveler's sanctuary that had every single thing I needed for an experience that exceeded all expectations! 15 out of 10! Two thumbs up! Highly recommend!

This is a truly beautiful property- so unique and peaceful. It’s well designed and has great views. It’s a quick drive to the main downtown area in Santa Fe. Definitely be aware though that it’s much smaller than it appears in pictures. There is no common area inside to sit in which makes it a little awkward at times. I think the property is better for a couple (and maybe one child) but wouldn’t recommend it for 4 people as advertised. The hosts were both very responsive and kind!

I had a fantastic stay at Ramon's place! The room was immaculately clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Ramon was an incredibly responsive and thoughtful host, making everything easy from start to finish. I especially enjoyed the private balcony with chairs — a perfect spot to relax. The property does require access via stairs if mobility is an issue. It's located in a lovely new neighborhood and was the perfect spot for attending a show at the Isleta Amphitheater. Highly recommend!

We had an enjoyable stay here and were immediately comfortable. It was very clean and well kept. There is ease of access and the location feels very private. They had a lovely coffee bar and provided a variety of snacks and water. We would stay here again!

Everything I expected and more. David was responsive all along the way. It was quiet, comfortable, well equipped. The patio was perfect. Can't say anything negative....other than they were booked up so I could not stay as long as I liked. HaHa. This means, if you are interested in this property, jump on it. Seriously. The Cozy Casita was just that! Very well kept and looked brand new. This was a perfect place for my wife and I to stay as we were visiting relatives in Bernalillo. So, we really had no commute time when visiting them. Monique was very responsive when we had a question about locking up after we left the casita. So very helpful.

Ceinwen and Jemile's place was lovely. The neighborhood is great and very walkable. Little kitchen was well equipped, and the bed was very comfortable. Wifi was reliable and fast. They have a VERY cute dog that is sometimes in the shared backyard and getting to hang out with her was the highlight of any day I was lucky enough to see her! Hosts were friendly and responsive. Great stay, highly recommend!

Devan’s place is very cozy and comfortable and Devan is an amazing host. He went above and beyond when I had a medical emergency and was extremely compassionate and understanding. You’ll have an amazing stay.

I had a great stay at Marie's place, she was very communicative and did everything to make sure I enjoyed my stay. Everything was very clean and the location was great for my outings in Santa Fe, and as a remote worker I appreciated having good wifi available.
